is there an NPC library? or a pc one for that matter that i am missing? the students have one, but the poor poor townies can't get trashy romance novels! esp with the bookstore closing :)

There is no established IG library for townies. As I told you yesterday, I'll be working on the NPC business list in the future so you'll have to be patient.
