Jack Harkness, he of the libido of doom, is sadly up for adoption.

The following form can be filled out by all those interested, and sent to administration @ fandomhigh.net

The application for adoption shall be closed Wednesday, March 1st at 6 pm CST.

This adoption is open to non-current players and current players alike.

Well, the time I alloted lapsed, I informed the former player... and they decided to change their mind about putting the character up for adoption and have decided to try and make the effort to keep up with the character.
