Cabins

As a special event to introduce the beginning of summer camp, all students will spend the first week in cabins. Each cabin has 2 sections containing 4 people. Rather than assign you to cabins, you'll have a chance to sign up for a specific cabin of your choice (aside from recently graduated seniors who will have a cabin to share amongst themselves). The sign-up sheet will go up late tonight US time, so keep an eye out for it and start thinking about who you'd like to share a cabin with.

How will sign-up work for those who have people to room with? Does one character sign up for all the roomies? If not, how would they indicate they've got roomies already arranged so other characters will know and not take the spaces?

I have an idea about that which I will put here, but K may have a better idea that I don't know about:

Once you have four people, have one sign up with all four names and then the others will have to comment after them to confirm that they agree. If you have a group of eight for one whole cabin already, you will need to break them into two groups and two people should comment listing their respective groups.

That works.

What if one of them is away for the weekend? Can she sign in later?

As long as her name shows up on the list only once and she eventually agrees, I don't see how it would be a problem.

IF this is how the sign up gets done.

Just to clarify. Are the cabins still similar to the floorplan that Monster put up?

Yep, that's them.
