Clarification

I was under the impression you couldn't lock [livejournal.com profile] fandomhighdorms posts. I know a lot of people were doing it during camp since instead of big open dorm common rooms we had small isolated cabin common rooms, but has policy completely changed? Inquiring minds want to know. :) [Most assuredly am not pointing the finger at anyone -- I just want to know if there has been a change I was unaware of or if I was interpreting things wrong!]

Threads can be 'locked' out of a courtesy thing just to let people know not to interrupt while a conversation is going on, but posts in general in dorms should not be. The only exception right now is the 2nd floor common room post, which is being deliberately locked for major plot purposes. They have admin permission to do that as a once off to get the plot going. Standard policy still applies with locking public area posts for normal interaction.

And I just changed my OOC note on the post very slightly - post will be open for all second room CR needs once the plottiness happens.
