Summer Semester Term 2
Time for a little info dump!
As you may or may not know, new students are arriving on Saturday the 5th of July! (YAY!). All non-alumni characters who are going to be off-island for the second term of workshops need to leave the island by the evening of the 4th. Alumni characters who aren't staying for the second term should be off the island by the 13th of July, so you have a little more time to say your goodbyes if you're heading off for good.
If your character is returning to the island for the second term and an earlier arrival hasn't already been approved as part of a plot, he or she will be welcome back on the island on or after the 5th with the new students and teachers.
In other news, workshop sign-ups will be available by tonight. It's not first come first served, so no rush, but the deadline will be Friday the 4th at midnight PST. If you're going away for the 4th or for a good portion of this week, make sure you sign up early so you don't miss out as not signing up without a good reason (computer loss, meteor landing on your house, ferret invasion) will mean your character will be removed from the game and you'll have to reapp them come Fall. More details on that tonight.
