Memepalooza: Anonymous Love Meme

The sun is out, it's nice and warm, tomorrow's Easter and we have seniors graduating who need some love, and we haven't done this since November: perfect weather for a love meme!

Just to roll it all out again:

1. Make a comment to this post with the name of your character. (If you play more than one character, you can make a comment for each of them.)

2. Go through and leave anonymous comments in other characters' threads saying nice things about them. (About the character or how they're played, or even something you like about the player; any of this is acceptable as long as they're nice things.)

3. Read the comments your characters get and feel all warm and fuzzy on the inside.


Please don't say anything negative to anyone in this post. Meanface comments will be deleted. This is about making people feel good. Don't forget to keep checking in on the post throughout the day to give love to the to the new people that pinged in! Remember, if you ping in, please try and go around the meme and leave some love too.

Ben will never cease to be one of my favourite characters in the game. He's so earnest and vulnerable, while trying so hard to keep all of the little (and big) cracks hidden from the world. He makes me want to hug him. Hug him FOREVER.

Rilla seems to absolutely refuse to get with these Quite Mad Times sometimes, and I kind of love seeing a character around who's both adorable and still very a-hem Victorianish. And her relationship with William is adorkable.

What isn't to like about Dolf? I've really enjoyed watching him grow and adapt to the crazy of Fandom, and his sense of right and wrong is refreshing in a game with so many characters who are irreversibly jaded.

I love Kate so much because, even if the entire world is completely insane around her, she's doing everything in her power to stay grounded and sane herself, in her own way. It might be a bit of a scramble, and might involve making a few stupid decisions along the way, but that fact alone makes her so much more believable. After all, she is still a teenager. I'm always rooting for the best for her, and love seeing her put her foot down and seize enough control over a tough situation to let the world know exactly where she stands.

Since you brought him in, Sherlock has easily been one of the most abrasive characters in the game. And that's a lot of his appeal! You're not afraid to have him turn up his nose at people and to have him tell everyone exactly what he thinks of them, with their stupid little puny mortal brains and all of their typical teenager shortcomings, and for me, that's always a treat to read, and to thread off of.

I love reading Warren's very human reactions to some of the more insane situations he gets thrown at. God knows if I saw half of the stuff he has, I'd be spending time freaking out and getting sick, too. It's so refreshing to have, amid all of the superheros and trained killers, a kid who reacts to violence like I think most of us would.

What isn't there to love about Cable? He's a big brick wall of stoicism and strength, and he's got such a soft touch with Jan to round all of that out. Nobody better mess with Fandom Island so long as he's Mayor!

You play Jacob in a way that makes me completely forget that he's a Twilight character. Considering how much I loathe Twilight, and how much a adore Jake, that's the highest praise I can possibly think of.

That, and he's a big adorable puppy and I love how protective he is of those people that he cares about. Yay, Jake!
