We haven't done this since May and with the BDE winding down and the summer doing the same, it seems like a groovy time to do it again!

Everyone loves gabbing about their characters, don't even lie, so this is your chance. Talk as much or as little as you'd like! Talk about whatever you'd like! Upcoming plots, relationships (both romantic and friendship), enemies, plans for the future, anything!

Character's current mood: Stressed out
Character's current goings on: Simon's been settling in on the island pretty well, except for this past weekend which he spent hiding his monstrous self away and having a nervous breakdown. He's got some minor previous issues with being horrible, so he's going to be rattled by that for a while. And he'll also be considering whether staying is really what's best, when the island can occasionally do its level best to kill him, and he thinks he's supposed to go back home and protect everyone else, so dying in Fandom is a no-no. But, spoilers, he'll stay.
Coming up (stuff that you've got planned that's on the horizon): Nada! Well, the Christmas special, but only after S3 starts airing so I don't Joss anything. In the meantime, I'll be working on getting him out some more. I love him dearly but he can get a little tiring to play with his lack of small talk skills.
Needs threads with: Besides Ramona, Nathan, and his big sis Sookie before she leaves? Eeeeveryone. Especially people who could benefit from the company of a quiet boy who can turn invisible.

Character's current goings on: Her secret just got discovered by Kenzi, which was horrifying, and she totally missed the chaos of the BDE by hanging out in her room all week. But she is super mega happy to be in Paris and next to Disney!
Coming up (stuff that you've got planned that's on the horizon): Right now she just kinda wants to make new friends and maybe meet a boooooy! Oh, and she has her first animal transformation coming up when I have orientation week so there's that too.

Character's current mood: Eh.
Character's current goings on: She just hit the ten-year anniversary of the biggest trauma of her life and is doing better with it than she thought she would. (At least for now.) And I'm just trying to keep her as active as possible by calling people and stuff cuz um that's just the way it is going to be.
Coming up (stuff that you've got planned that's on the horizon): She has plot coming up really really really soon and then she'll be back in Fandom for a few days. And then I put her through the ringer just a little bit more. It's going to be an interesting few weeks for her.

Character's current mood: Guilty
Character's current goings on: He's coming to terms with the handwavy mass carnage he committed during the BDE, and figuring out the concept that CURIOSITY CAN HURT PEOPLE. A novel concept, I know. Aaaaand he's making spy cameras.
Coming up (stuff that you've got planned that's on the horizon): Well, there's a burgeoning new bromance that should throw him for a loop. Other than that, there's about a 70% chance that he'll get punched again.
Needs threads with: Tony and Peter (who are basically the angel and devil on his shoulders these days, ahem), Dave, Calvin because it's funny, Claudia, anyone who might want to punch him for being obnoxious, and for the love of god, A SEX ED TEACHER. PLEASE.

Character's current mood: Emo. Likely to stay that way for a while.
Character's current goings on: Whelp, he's trying to take over the world in his own universe and so far he thinks he's doing the right thing with that but that is gonna change shortly and then it'll be all about trying to figure out a way to backpedal out of it (spoiler alert: he won't be able to). And then there's having to deal with the mental trauma of having a tiny version of his ex-boyfriend become his mortal enemy while still having feelings (ie: ridiculously in love but feeling guilty about it) for the actual version of said ex-boyfriend.
Coming up (stuff that you've got planned that's on the horizon): He's got a plot with other FH peoples soon that will cause him a fair bit of trauma and then it's right off to do Sea of Monsters stuff before the fall which will cause him even more trauma on a more personal level and then it just gets worse from there, people.
Needs threads with: Percy, always, even if the fighting hurts my soul. Anakin, Katniss, Kate, and, oh, everyone that's willing to put up with him. This Sea of Monsters catch up has a bad ending and he'll be clinging to people while he still has control of himself.

Character's current mood: Mellow (isn't it always?)
Character's current goings on: Not much! He spent the last week hiding from the BDE in his room like a smart person, so he missed most of the trauma.
Coming up (stuff that you've got planned that's on the horizon): Not much here either! Jeremy doesn't get many plans from me, he just goes with the flow. The best I can think of is that he's going to be Lois Lane levels of blind when it comes to the Miley/Hannah thing. And he needs to be spending a good chunk of his time in Paris while the island's there.
Needs threads with: Everyone, but more specifically Miley, Bod, Caroline, Cassel, all the other rich kids, all the pretty girls, look at me not being specific.

Character's current mood: Exhausted
Character's current goings on: He's gone on a couple (read: actually a couple, as in two) trips to LA to help Angel Investigations out with some cases, which have simultaneously traumatized him and inspired a bit of confidence. He helped out with the fighty in the BDE, which was also fairly confidence-boosting. All in all, right now he's just coming to see himself as a competent fighter.
Coming up (stuff that you've got planned that's on the horizon): He'll be involved in a plot pretty soon that will test his battley abilities further. Then in early fall he'll be going through some very trauma-heavy Angel episodes, hooray!

Character's current mood: Nauseous
Character's current goings on: Between helping Karla out in Kaeleer and the BDE aftermath (so help me, he's keeping those claws so that he remembers not to go poking around strangely glowing rocks), he's a little out of sorts at the moment. He'll get over that eventually, hopefully a little better off for it.
Coming up (stuff that you've got planned that's on the horizon): While I don't have any big plans of my own for him, he's involved in the plots of a few people. I'll probably start thinking about throwing him at the other two minutes of his canon to get it out of the way, soon.
Needs threads with: Um, everyone? I love getting this boy out, but I've been a little busy with school lately. That'll clear up sooner or later, so I'll start flinging him into less private posts soonish, I hope.

Character's current goings on: Jim's been taking it easy since getting to the island. He's got a job and he's full of glee that he can get out and cause some trouble now without having to worry about turning into a gray freaky thing.
Coming up (stuff that you've got planned that's on the horizon): I seriously have no idea. I'm totally winging it with this boy so far. He's been suffering from my "Fourth semester of this course apparently drains souls" trouble, too, but that'll clear up sooner or later, and I can start throwing together specific plans for him then.
Needs threads with: Eeeveryone. Stan and Butters, the sciencey kids, all the Disney peeps (Hi, Ariel!) Ben when he comes back to the island... I could just keep naming names, but really, the boy just needs to get out and meet people.

Character's current goings on: Another massive invasion come and gone with no serious casualties? THAT is how you do the job. He's pleased, this sort of thing is really just like home for him.
Coming up (stuff that you've got planned that's on the horizon): Not much, really. He'll probably be heading off in the fall, after a fairly decent run on the island.
Needs threads with: Anyone that would love to thread with a smart-alecky Turk. People who can commiserate with him about this weird place with no game mechanics going on. The posse, fellow teachers, any student who needs a horrible influence in their life, and so on.

Character's current mood: Indescribable
Character's current goings on: So, who knew punching people could be so good for you? Because Kate managed to avoid the BDE only because she punched Topher for finding a video of her cake-sitting. After a week in Hawaii with Bod, she's mellowed out about it somewhat, but it'll never be something she's entirely comfortable with, and she is really seriously not fond of Topher right now.

She's also finally starting to realize she's actually going to be leaving Fandom, soon, and everything that means for her and her relationship and everything. There's no panic yet, but the time for that might still be coming. If she doesn't cover that up with worry over friends doing dangerous things (like Luke) or friends she can't seem to manage a normal conversation with anymore (like Hannibal).
Coming up (stuff that you've got planned that's on the horizon): Ramona's supposed to throw a "Kate's not going to college" party (which is totally not a clever ruse for us to set up some potential girlkissy, oh no, of course not). Other than that... Season three after she leaves? Not much else. Ooh, except dorking around Disneyland and Paris and wondering about the alternate future where she lived in France for a few years.

Character's current mood: Whatever.
Character's current goings on: He's been running himself ragged doing work with the X-Men back home, getting kind of bitter about how he's sort of being treated like the incompetent junior member without being given a chance to actually prove himself. As you do. He's also taken to running around without his face wrapped, which apparently unnerves other mutants who are, like, giant tentacle beasts or furry big-eyed wolf creatures.
Coming up (stuff that you've got planned that's on the horizon): The rest of his X-Men canon, Weapon X, Trauma, lips?

Character's current goings on: Nothing much thus far. He went home for the BDE 'cause he thinks about himself first and foremost and at the first sign of trouble, he bolts. I am trying to get him more immersed into Fandom life and getting him out more 'cause I've been failing with that.
Coming up (stuff that you've got planned that's on the horizon): Technically the next book of his canon starts at the beginning of the school year but I think I might push it back some due to stuff going on with my other characters and I want him to fit more into Fandom a bit before I send him off to Jersey again.

Character's current mood: It's her first BDE. She's just a liiiiiiiiiiiiittle bit freaked out. I wanted to get her out more during the BDE but with LJ being so problematic I didn't get around to it, woe.
Character's current goings on: She's still getting used to being able to not hide that she's a mutant, but she's starting to become more open about it.
Coming up (stuff that you've got planned that's on the horizon): She'll get called back home at some point and then find out Emma's eeeeeeeevil. But she needs to make more friends first so I can drag some FH people into the plot. :)

Character's current mood: Mellow
Character's current goings on: He's...not doing much but that's okay. He's like that. Most of his time is spent with Kate because he knows she's leaving soon and while he's not worried, he's trying to soak up as much of her as he can. He's going to miss her but he's going to be a frequent Portalocity traveler, I can tell you that.

The timing of the Hawaii trip worked because Bod turning into a monster after thinking himself a monster for so long would have been a bit too much for him. He needed to be away for this one so he didn't end up traumatized too much.
Coming up (stuff that you've got planned that's on the horizon): Kate's leaaaaving. And maybe a few canonical things that I might try to bring back, fudge around with, work with. We'll see because I'm not Gaiman and don't wanna distort his canon too badly in case there's ever a second book written.

Character's current mood: Fuckin' lazy, mate. Is that a mood?
Character's current goings on: Well, he's immortal and he looooves bragging about that. Of course, since he is immortal, that means I have to find a way to kill him, doesn't it? He dies a shitload of times in canon so he's gotta start dying here. Now, I don't wanna traumatized anyone but hey, if you'd be interested in helping with that, lemme know! Nathan will come back with no side effects.

Other than that, he's got the stuff with Ramona going on that he's still mulling over and he's got Kate leaving soon which he'll fucking hate and maybe he'll take that out on Barry or something.

Also, consider this blanket permission to punch him if he offends your character. I welcome it! He's been punched, thrown into walls and hit with a hair dryer so he is used to it.
Coming up (stuff that you've got planned that's on the horizon): Series 2! Um, eventually. Series 2 is pretty big time for Nathan in a lot of ways so I wanna do it when there's a chunk of time where he can be gone, not miss too much and I can really concentrate on it.

Character's current goings on: Well, he just went home and got possessed by Emma again- this time the one in his world. And then had a major fight with his dad, because that's how all their conversations seem to end (or start). Then he came back only to have the BDE start and it's all left him in a not-very-good place mentally.
Coming up (stuff that you've got planned that's on the horizon): Once the new semester starts he's gonna get a job as an intern on a presidential campaign- for a guy who's totally anti-mutant. That'll end well.

Character name: Percy Jackson
Character's current mood: Ugh. That's totally a mood.
Character's current goings on: Well, he's trying to keep up the illusion of hating Luke when he's still buttcrazy in love with the psychopath so that's fun. He's also gearing up for The Last Olympian which I have started plotting out finally. He also kind of wants to follow Luke back to his canon and KICK HIS ASS alongside the tiny version of himself but he knows that's not possible.

Basically, he fights with Luke, trains and hangs out with Miss O'Leary. He went home for the BDE to visit his mom because I couldn't find anything I wanted to throw him into and he needed to see his mom anyway. It'd been awhile.

He did take a lesson in shooting from Wesley though! That was new for him. He still prefers Riptide though.
Coming up (stuff that you've got planned that's on the horizon): The Last Olympian. And he'll probably continue his streak of being grouchy to everyone so sorry! Feel free to be grouchy back though. He (and I) can take it.
