That's right, this Friday we'll have our own Fandom-tastic version of a political debate, as moderated by Samantha Puckett and broadcast live to the internet. Those candidates who choose to participate will be asked a series of questions, both from the questionable mind of Sam Puckett, but also from the live audience (the debates will take place in the dorm rec room), tweets and e-mails!

So, you're wondering, how can I participate? Well, if you're a student council candidate, you're automatically welcome to just ping into the post as part of the show! If you want to be part of the audience, ditto! To ask a question 'live', there will a thread just for that in the OCD of the post on Friday.

To tweet or e-mail in a question, there are threads on this post to do so! There is also a place to ask OOC questions about things on this post, too.

As for announcing the debates, posters will go up ICly shortly, as well as updates to the iCarly website about what is going to happen.

How/when are the council candidates hearing about the debate?

An e-mail from Sam and Freddie will handwavily go out to the candidates at the same time the posters go up, so tonight. Though if you'd prefer that to actually happen instead, we can do that too :D
