fandomhigh_ooc | Your Fabulous Fall Break Is Nigh!

Ladies, gentlebeings, and anyone else in between or otherwise! Fall break is fast approaching, and so all students, teachers, and plus-ones-of-teachers are invited to the tropical island of Newfoundland for a week of do-goodering in the historic city of St. John's, helping the local H4H chapter build some houses from Monday October 10th to the morning of Friday October 14th, at which point the trip will wrap up with a short cruise that'll bring us back to Fandom's familiar shores by Sunday evening.

Not particularly civic-minded? No worries! The construction project portion of the trip will be taking place during the morning hours only, while the afternoons will be filled with opportunities ~~to visit pubs~~ for tourism and other cultural experiences ~~in pubs~~. So characters can feel free to sleep in and "accidentally" miss out on the construction activity of the day.

As far as accomodations go, everyone will be staying two to a room at the Spa at the Monastery which is as the name suggests a full-service spa complete with an air-massage tub located in every room! You are more than welcome to create your own hotel room posts in your personal journals just as you do with a dorm room post! Adults and students may sign up two (2) to a room. If you know who you'd like to share a room with go ahead and make a note in the comments below by Saturday, October 8 at midnight PST. Otherwise, you will be RNG'ed into a room!

Please note, we are aware that Canadian Thanksgiving is Monday, but with PrincessCon on island until Sunday we didn't want anyone to have to make a choice of participating in one event over the other!
