Mondays are always good meme days, so I am bringing back this one we last did in May. It's been three app cycles since, so it is time for us to do it again! The explanation below is stolen from rilla_myrilla via solo_sword.

Ping in with your canon (as specifically as you'd like for giant insane comic, SW and Power Ranger stuff). Then wait for other people to ping in with their canons! If you're familiar with it, tell them! And then, yay, new people to squee with!

Basically this chick name Clary (who is not, I repeat, not a Sue of Cassie Clare. Really) is at a club and sees these totally sexyhot people kill a demon and that leads to her finding out that she's one of the sexyhot people and finds herself falling in love with the sexiest of the sexyhot people. And then she finds out he's her brother. Womp womp.

And also there's Simon and his vampire story but I hate Simon so let's move on.

Though I can never remember Allison's name--I constantly refer to her as Elisa Maza.

I looooved the fact that, for the longest time, the two most 'powerful' people in town (Allison and Henry) were minorities.

One magic apocalypse, complete with necromancers, vampires, werewolves, gods, witches, druids, trolls, land-based cat-eating jellyfish, giant tortoises... Yeah, just think of a mythical creature/being/cult/whatever, and it probably exists there.

Ender's Game and All Derivatives!

Will Schuester, Spanish teacher extraordinaire, pulls together a rag-tag group of singing misfits so he can relive his glory days of glee club and escape his unhappy marriage. Sue Sylvester, evil cheer coach, is there to sabotage at every turn, and the glee kids are pretty much all assholes, and everyone learns a special lesson every week because no one knows if this show is satire or not.

Jane Lynch makes this show bearable, because otherwise it is pretty much the most self-indulgent insane piece of crap Ryan Murphy's spit out in recent years, but then, I don't watch American Horror Story.

Disney's Beauty and the Beast

A small-town girl lives with her father (I think it's contractually obligated that Disney princesses do not have mothers, though evil stepmothers or foster fairy-mothers are optional) in France, but her dad is totally taken hostage by a scary beast in a castle! She trades her life for Daddy's, and lives in the castle with the beast all winter long, being entertained by his servants-turned-teapots et al. Eventually, she falls in love with the Beast, who, SURPRISE, is actually a prince who was transformed.

Also, Gaston is a jealous asshole and amazeballs, and he gets the best song.
