Start a thread with the name of your character.

Under that, others can ping in with the name of one of their own characters, and it's then the thread-starter's job to describe where that second character would fit into their own character's canon. So if I were to ping in with April, and Len gave me Atton, it would be my job to come up with how Atton might fit in if he were a character in the Parks and Recreation world. For example, I might say that he could be one of the surly yet bizarrely popular-with-the-ladies members of the Pawnee sewage department, where he uses his Force powers to do the really gross work. Or I might say he works at Food 'n' Stuff, and has always been moderately impressed by one Mr. Ron Swanson's weekly consumption of meat.

I'm sure they'll be other people to cover Star Wars who know the EU much better than me. :)

Tara in Charmed. Witches, ftw?

Tara's mother was friends with Patty Halliwell (and therefore knew Grams as well) and did witchy stuff with them occasionally when she was younger, until she got married and her husband started feeding her the evil demon line of crap. After Tara was born, she got the same story, so she grew up afraid of what she was. She was a year behind Phoebe in school and knew of the Halliwells, but her father wouldn't let her socialize with them because he had some idea of the witches in the family. Her mother, however, had told her she could trust the Halliwells and that they were good people.

As Tara neared her 20th birthday, a darklighter started screwing with her, causing accidents to try to make it seem like it was Tara's alleged demonic side manifesting so he could drive her into despair. Leo alerted the Charmed Ones, and they were able to convince Tara she was not a demon, but a witch, and a good one. Her first spell was vanquishing the darklighter.

Of course you realize I need to chuck Jono at your particular flavour of Teen Titans. :D

Oooh, I can see Raven pulling what she did to Wally on Jono instead -- post him being Apocalypsified, when he's at his lowest, she invades his dreams and makes him fall in love with her so that he'll join the Titans team she's forming to fight Trigon. She's still pre-emotions at that stage so she doesn't really understand how wrong it is. She just thinks she's saving his life and giving him purpose.

They bond more after everyone finds out she's Trigon's daughter (demon blood, Apocalypse's blood, yeah, they both suck). Until he finds out she manipulated his emotions and it all goes to hell. ;)

Oh, wow. That fits in so many ways. :D

Steph in Teen Titans! I mean, okay, she hung out with them a few times (no thanks to you, Conner Kent) but say she actually was Robin long enough that she got to be part of the team.

Refresh my memory -- she was Robin while Tim stepped down for awhile, right? I'm just trying to figure out the timing.

Then again I may just screw continuity (since DC has) because Raven was probably on one of her dead and/or evil runs then.

Yeah, she was Robin for all of four issues; she showed up at Titans Tower once during that time period, and Conner refused to believe she was Robin. I don't believe Raven was around at that point but PFFT CONTINUITY WHATEVER.

See, I can see Raven standing up for Steph then, and going off on Conner in her Raveny way.

And then she and Stephanie would go out so Raven could complain to Steph that Beast Boy was stalking her and WATCHING HER SLEEP and creeping her out and ask her what she should do about it.

Also Kennedy in Charmed. It is necessary.

Kennedy takes the place of Billie in season 8, because Billie sucked. She's not a witch; she's a demon hunter, and gets the sisters in a tizzy because no mere mortal should be hunting demons, don't be ridiculous, you're going to get killed blah blah blah. She's Paige's charge, which annoys the hell out of Kennedy because she doesn't want someone watching over her shoulder.

But as it turns out Kennedy is part of a larger group of demon slayers, who have information about the Source attempting to find a new host. The Charmed Ones have to work with Kennedy to stop the Source from rising again and swallowing San Francisco ~~into a Hellmouth~~.

Raven in Teen Titans. Yes.

Instead of the Brotherhood of Evil Mutants, Mystique (I'm using that name instead of Raven here or this will get confusing!) is part of the Brotherhood of Evil, archenemies of the Teen Titans. At one point in canon the BoE have a rivalry going with Brother Blood, and they kidnapped Raven because of her connection to him. Then Mystique shifted into Raven to try to infiltrate the Church of Blood, but Brother Blood realizes she's the wrong Raven. The Titans end up rescuing her before he can kill her, though.

And then Mystique realizes how ridiculous it is working with a disembodied brain and a gorilla and splits to form her own meta-human group with dubious goals.

Hanna in Charmed. For reasons.

After high school, Hanna got the hell out of dodge and went to college on the west coast, trying to get as far away from A as possible. The texts follow her though, and as it turns out, one member of the A team is secretly a demon.

One day she runs into Piper on her college campus and thinks she's Aria's mom. Piper's there visiting her sons and realizes something's troubling Hanna, so she introduces her to Wyatt and Chris. They track down demon A and vanish him/her.

And then they both fall for her and start having a rivalry for her affections. :)

Allie in the Charmed verse.

A new vampire queen moves into San Francisco, and Allie is one of her victims. In life Allie worked at Piper's club and was a friend of the Charmed Ones (though she didn't know they were witches).

When the Charmed Ones went to vanquish the queen, they realized Allie was one of her clan. She'd fed on human blood by then, so the queen's death wouldn't change her back. It would, however, kill her. Not wanting to kill their friend, they have to vanquish each vampire individually, then figure out a way to imprison the queen alive and spare Allie's life.

After that Allie still works nights at the club, trying to keep her hunger under control. The Charmed Ones keep a close eye on her to make sure she doesn't slip up.

Surreal in Charmed, for witchy fun!

Surreal, like Belthazor, was another rarity in the Underworld. Where Bel was half-human, half-demon, Surreal was half-demon, half-elf. She was pretty much considered an abomination by either side, and the circumstances of her conception were best not discussed, at least not in her hearing.

She ended up taken in by the Brotherhood of the Thorn, where she met Belthazor. They bonded over their half-breed status, but unlike Bel, who struggled to prove himself to the demon world, Surreal just did what she needed to to survive. She killed her fair share of idiots who tried to prove she was inferior to a pure-bred demon.

Then rumors began to fly that Belthazor had fallen for a witch and switches sides. Surreal was sent to kill him. One half-breed against another, no great loss for the Underworld no matter who killed whom, right? But it forced Surreal to decide what side she wanted to be on -- her own.
