NPC Requests ; Sunday

And so we have come to the finale day! The big finale post is over here, with Jack's ribbon cutting unleashing chaos as Fandom makes one last bid at taking him down. The time for brainstorming has passed, but here is the post for requesting NPC foes! Need Hyperion dudes or psychos? We got 'em!
