Do you have any new year's resolutions? What are they?

To be a better person, always. To finally see the floating lights. To continue not to squander my freedom, after I waited so long for it. Maybe to learn how to swim?

What is the one thing you most want to accomplish in 2015?

To go back home to Corona, and finally see the floating lights. I at least know when to go -- they're always on my birthday, so we'll have to go then, but...they're always on my birthday. They have to be for me, right?

It's about time I knew what they actually were.

What do you most regret not having done in 2014?

The right, good answer, the one I know I want to say? I most regret not telling Mother where I was going, when I left. I regret leaving her worrying about me, and probably making her panic, and scaring her...

But that's not really true. That's a regret I have, sure, but the thing I most regret this year is that it took me until summer to finally muster up the bravery to see the world. I could have already seen so much more.

I have a cat now. I...am not particularly a pet person, so it's been interesting.

Being very, very confused -- it was my second day here, technically. I ate pancakes? But otherwise it was pretty uneventful, considering that just being out was still kind of a big deal.

Like at least a nine. The only reason I'm hesitating is that I don't really love the ghosties and carnivals and all of that? Those things weren't...my favorite, even if we fixed it all in the end.

What's something you learned/learned to do this year?

SO MANY THINGS. I learned how lightbulbs work, and how to use a telephone (we don't even have that kind of stuff at home!), and why it's important to wear shoes, and where Van Gogh was born, and how to cook -- like, really cook, not just heat things up on the stovetop -- and how to sew pants and what magic really looks like and -- and that not everyone wants to hurt me, and that maybe sometimes the people you trust the most don't always tell you the whole truth.

It's been a big year.

Where did you work?

Groovy Tunes, naturally, and the school. I really ought to put time in at the Boards again, since that particular heartache has eased off a bit.

And plenty of work to be done in Glacia, as well. Surprisingly, nothing in my own world, for the first time in bloody near forever. I might change that up next year, just to be contrary because Logan asked nicely.

Did you travel this year?

From Corona to here, and from here to the mainland and to Skyrim. It's much, much more traveling than I've done before, so...both a good thing and a kind of overwhelming thing.

(There were maybe a few days I just kind of wanted to crawl in my closet for awhile, you know? OUTSIDE is awesome, but traveling means...a lot of uncertainty, and that can be really scary.)

Did you turn into a different age/gender/person/anything else?

I was little! And that was a lot of fun, actually.

I got away with not being a boy, though, which is almost disappointing? (I've never seen boyparts, okay? And I'll never go looking for any, either, but if I woke up with some one day, I think I'd learn the answers to a lot of questions that I'm too embarrassed to ask anyone.)
