I've had a very busy week, so I want a meme and the haven't done this one in over a year.
Ping your character in and people will offer up a pairing with that character, which is used to answer the meme questions. Feel free to answer with single words, though explanations and examples are always fun. Then other people can chime in with how they see that pairing work. Any pairing goes: friends, NPCs, canon love, canon hate, canon indifference, roommates/housemates, and if-Hell-froze-over-and-these-two-characters-got-together, go crazy! What is their favorite non-sexual activity?: They still have their regular nail painting sessions, but they now come immediately after fighting lessons, because if they came BEFORE them, Sparkle would have to paint Kaidan's nails AGAIN immediately after. Which, Sparkle insists, he's totally cool with doing, though.
Who uses all the hot water in the morning?: Sparkle constantly threatens to, even makes a break for the shower first thing, but he makes sure to save enough so that Kaidan can shower off after his jog without standing in a torrent of icy regret every morning.
What they order from take out?: Japanese. Mostly for the noodles.
What is the most trivial thing they fight over?: Sparkle wants a kitty, dammit.
Who does most of the cleaning?: Sparkle cleans. Kaidan stands back and keeps an eye on whether or not Sparkle is getting adequate ventilation in there.
Who calls up the super/landlord when the heat's not working?: Sparkle leaves that one up to Kaidan. Spark flat-out refuses.
Who steals the blankets?: Sparkle doesn't so much steal the blankets as he sticks cold feet on Kaidan's leg until Kaidan smothers him in extra blankets because HOW ARE THOSE FEET THAT COLD
What is their late-night-viewing guilty pleasure? Only the cheesiest rom-coms for these two.
Who kissed who first? Sparkle was most definitely the kisser, here, going for a playful peck and then leaning the heck into it when he realized it wasn't actually unwelcome.
What would they do if the other one was hurt? Kaidan goes into immediate protection mode, assessing the situation, making damn certain he is between Sparkle and whatever hurt him. Sparkle is like 99% certain that anything that could hurt Kaidan would turn him to hamburger meat, but he's a scrappy little terrier and doesn't actually let that stop him, so...
What do they get each other for gifts? Kaidan tries to keep it thoughtful while getting gifts for Sparkle - either weapons that he's expressed an interest in, clothes that he thinks Sparkle would like (with Jack's help), or plants. Sparkle likes plants, right? Sparkle, meanwhile, doesn't presume to know half as much about Kaidan's taste in clothes or weaponry, and almost always goes with either silly (enjoy your stupid holiday sweater!) or sweet, squishy romantic stuff, just because he figures Kaidan might be an awkward romantic, but appreciates old-school romance when it's shoved at him.
Who is more likely to pay for dinner? Kaidan is more likely, he's got the money no problem. Sparkle still insists from time to time, because pride, dammit.
How do they celebrate anniversaries? Most anniversaries, they just stay at home, do a cozy thing between themselves. Sometimes they get ambitious and go eat somewhere nice, probably somewhere that Rosalie suggested. POSSIBLY her place. Sparkle has no problem with the fact that this means they're doing cupcakes for dinner. Kaidan insists Sparkle jogs with him the next morning.
What do they name their pet(s)? There's the fish, Milady, already. They don't do anything more ambitious than more fish for a while, and Sparkle has already spontaneously named half of them stupid names and quizzes Kaidan on what names he thinks Sparkle picked. Those names get assigned to the other half.
On a scale from tolerable to sickeningly adorable in public, where do they rank? Oh god, these two are disgusting.
