A meme! We last did this one in September.

Pose a question (or as many as you'd like, and they don't

all have to be in one comment, so you can come back later

and add more if you want) to your fellow students,

teachers, townies, alumni and expatriates, and they will

answer them. These are IC questions and IC answers and

should be truthful! They can be personal or silly. You don't

have to answer all of them! Nothing counts in game, of

course and etc.

 

So, for example, I'd ping in with a question like 'Are you in

love? If so, with who? If not, why not?' And people ping in

under me and answer that question. There's no latesies on

this, because of the format, so people can ping in at their

leisure. And ANYONE can ask questions!

What is your opinion on the upcoming holiday?

I never really had time for it until I came here, honestly. Work (whether it was as a Companion-Protector or with the Liberation and later the Resistance) had always been my first priority. But I kind of like it, even if I think sometimes it's a little too prevalent in certain ways. And I'm not actually talking about whatever Fandom gets up to. I'm talking about the people on the mainland who get upset when you don't wish them a "happy holidays" or when the Starbucks cups have generic winter imagery instead of something Christmas-y. Those people need to be quiet.

Everyone getting an excuse to get drunk and cuddly? I'm all for it.

I don't care much, but I don't mind it. I've seen a lot of different holidays, and I can celebrate them if needed. Maybe someone wants to buy some music as a gift?

I like the thought of it a lot but I'm on my own so I try to avoid the holiday itself.

On-island? Beau.

In Verity's reality? Dominic.

In my own? Renee.

I wouldn't say I love them all the same given that one of those relationships is definitely more than platonic, but they're all equally important to me.

I miss Da'an so much it hurts.

I hate that I miss him, because there were also times that I hated him.

A really nice box of chocolates. Like, one of those billionaire ones where the chocolate is decorated with real gold or whatever.

People not wearing gloves. People eating food with their hands without wearing gloves. People making tea from tea bags. People calling tea hot leaf water. All these weird things on this island. This island generally. Among other things.

Mostly anything annoying that happens on the island but that's hard. Oh, and Rosa, I suppose.

Tisarwat, of course. It's so good to have someone here who understands things, even if she's just a kid and not from a very impressive family.

Duke seems ok, and he's got good booze.
