meme: reverse questions

My office is silent, my boss isn't here and I have a giant case of the "I don't wanna"s. Let's meme.

We last did this one in January.

Tag in with your characters and then people will comment asking the MUNS anything about the GAME or THEIR CHARACTERS, because we all know the muns will answer when the characters won't. They can be specific questions ("How does he feel about her?") or general questions ("Why did you choose this character?", "How do you channel them?", etc).

Talk to me about dialogue! A couple of yours have a really distinctive voice in text--does that make it easier for you to get in their head space or harder because you think of a reply and then have to Cait-ify it?

It actually really helps me get into their headspace!

Nina likes to run on and on and obfuscate things and sound silly, while Iris enjoys playing with the order of how things are supposed to go. Yeul doesn't like words and phrases that are straightforward and can't be hedged around. Alluka's a bit childish in her phrasing, which follows with her somewhat childish thought patterns. Elli prefers to speak softly and kindly while Rufus tends to cut to the chase condescendingly when he's not trying to fake being friendly. Karina tends to be a bit abrupt.

Cait is a bit of a special case, since his accent is so incredibly heavy. If it's a few words/short phrases, I'm fine. But if he's rambling at someone I can't write a Scottish accent that thickly, so what I do is focus on the flow of the words as I write the ping and then... well.

I run it through an English to Scottish translator lol.
