Meme: Questions

Hey so I know we had a meme yesterday but sometimes you wake up at 12:45 in the god damn morning and can't sleep and so you give up and spend that time coming up with sooo many questions for a meme you last did in April. I have to be up in two hours.

And actually looking at that last post I wonder how long I've been sleeping weird. ANYWAY.

Pose a question (or as many as you'd like, and they don't all have to be in one comment, so you can come back later and add more if you want) to your fellow students, teachers, townies, alumni and expatriates, and they will answer them. These are IC questions and IC answers and should be truthful! They can be personal or silly. You don't have to answer all of them! Nothing counts in game, of course and etc.

So, for example, I'd ping in with a question like 'Are you in love? If so, with who? If not, why not?' And people ping in under me and answer that question. There's no latesies on this, because of the format, so people can ping in at their leisure. And ANYONE can ask questions!

What are your thoughts on having kids?

There's no single thing you can do as a regular person that is as destructive to the environment as having a child.

It's something that I'd probably like the thought of but I don't know how that works with the rest of my life, and I also haven't thought about that any further.

I've spent a good portion of my adult life on the run from the government while trying to find my brother, and then another few years managing an occasionally dangerous island. So... I don't know. Seems like a bad idea. For me.

I mean, maybe? I don't know. I like kids but that's strictly in the "I'm not thinking about this" mode.

I love Lexi more than anything. I'm also totally fine with just her.

I know in some of those flash forward weekend things there's another kid, but that seemed a good way off and I'm also totally fine with that, if it happens.

Yeah...that's not a thing I ever get to do. They might be a sylph like me and if I'm in my world...I either have to raise the kid up too afraid to use their own powers, or try to raise them without the shame and secrecy and run the risk of getting killed.

So, like, I've never considered it, really, because it's just an awful thing to consign a kid to.

I don't think it will. I think the glimpses on those weekends are as close as I'll ever come to having a child of my own.

I always wanted them. Partner, little ones to raise with them. I don't know if the little ones are possible but I've started to see they might not be as impossible as I thought?

Thor: I am aware that at some point I will have to provide heirs for Asgard, and I have met my descendants from the future, and they seemed fine ladies. But...I fear repeating my father's mistakes, or making new and worse ones out of that same fear.

Uninterested in the process that would result in biological children. I could, however, see myself adopting. In the right circumstances.

Apparently in at least one possible future I have five and I'm really not sure how I feel about that.
