Heads up announcement about this weekend

Hey, all. So, I've been a slacker about announcing what my special duties as a mod are.

Uhhh, tada! I'm going to be the mod for all the big events (dances, field trips, etc.). *jazz hands*

So with that being said, I would like to give everyone a quick heads up for this weekend.

Something will be happening starting late Friday afternoon. It will affect the entire island. It will not be possible to ignore what is going on, but it will be possible to stay out of it.

It is an event in two parts. The first part will last through Sunday and will be pretty stress free for your characters. For the most part anyway. Think of it as a bonding experience.

The second, more... active part of the weekend will only be taking place on Saturday. It will be very easy to stay out of this if you decide you don't want to deal with it.

Everybody should be very careful with anything they pre-play for this weekend starting Friday.

I don't want to give too much away, but if you are concerned, please feel free to ask me for more info.

I'm still pissed though. The last thing in the world I want to do is go to this party. They chain smoke. They listen to obnoxious music. It's over an hour's drive away.

Does anyone have a flask? Because I really need to bring some tequila with me.
