A few things, all good
Hey everyone. We just have a few quick things for you lovely people if you would be so kind to read.
*Next Saturday, October 28, we will be holding an open forum. We'll have some stuff to talk about and if you have stuff to talk about with us, we'll be happy to talk. About stuff.
*Now that we've had some new people around these parts for a while, we thought it would be a good idea to blatantly steal from the kind of OOC posts that went nigh-unchecked early last year and do a little bit of a getting to know you in the comments. A lot of us know each other OOCly to at least some degree but it's always nice to reach out and connect in a place where we can all mock you for liking Team Knight Rider or something. This is completely voluntary and hopefully a good way to bond OOCly. Also, it never hurts to get a new headcount on how many guys there are in the game. Right, men?
*On one final note, we wanted to take a moment and remind everyone that we, the admins, are addicts. Often friendly addicts, at least when caffeinated. We're on AIM and check our e-mail constantly, so if you ever have any issues - be they trying to pound a plot proposal into shape, or checking on when would be a good week to do something in game, or if you just want to check and see if the doctors have really let us out of the nuthouse - which I recognize may be questionable in my case after reading some of my posts, including this one - we're happy to talk.
Thank you for your time, now let's play ball! Or something.

Characters played: active: Marie D'Ancanto, Lorelai Gilmore-Danes & Maureen Johnson - alumni: Veronica Mars - occasionally: Luke Danes and I've played as fh_nurse a few times. previously: Allison "Allie" Cameron

Are you a guy? Yep totally. I've been fooling you all into thinking I'm really a girl all this time.
Are you playing any parents this weekend? (sharing who you will be isn't necessary, but it is encouraged) Yep. I'm playing Victor Bennett from Charmed for Phoebe and Mal Reynolds from Firefly for Kaylee. Last year I played Logan/Wolverine from X-Men for the original Rogue. Apparently I secretly want to play a male character.
Are you a fan of any obscure fandoms not represented in game? Uh... I'm probably one of the most fandom-retarded people in the game. Seriously. Up until Feb 2006, I'd never seen an episode of Buffy or Angel. I've still never seen or read Lord of the Rings or Harry Potter.
Want to share any of the characters you'd like to play in the future? I think it's fairly public knowledge that I'm planning to app Chris Halliwell from Charmed. I've also toyed with the idea of playing Paris Gellar from Gilmore Girls, Chloe O'Brien from 24, Tom Collins from RENT, Anya from Buffy and I very briefly considered Laura Ingalls from The Little House books.
Anything else to share? I am starting a new job on Monday and have no idea how it's going to effect my playing time. *clings liek woah*
Also? I really wish you could edit comments because I totally screwed up my coding on this one and had to delete & repost. *sigh*
