This here be Part 2, LL through Everybody Else.

A through LE (And you, L.S. Because punctuation.) are over in Part 1, as are the explanation and instructions on how to do this.

FH Character Census Post 2: LL through Everybody Else )
nookiepowered: (action (reading - map))
[personal profile] nookiepowered
Hello, my lovelies!

The corners of the FH spreadsheets, friending list, and other places where characters are listed can get dusty and spider-filled over time. Also there's cookie crumbs because the spiders don't clean up after themselves. (Spiders Charlotte, who lives in the barn and never eats cookies because the crumbs get stuck in her leg-fur, is an outlier adn should not have been counted.)

Which is all just a whimsical and not entirely sensical way to say that we really do need to clean up the spreadsheets and character lists so that people who might want to app a character, or move their existing character a new location, or take over a business, and so on, will have an accurate idea of who's in play, and who isn't.

(And maybe it'll also spur some of us who haven't touched an existing character in mumblemumble years to finally make that decision to either let go, or, more happily, bring them back into play.)

This poll is divided into two posts because you people have so many freaking characters. A through LE are in this post; LL and onwards are in Post 2.

If your character(s) isn't/aren't listed in either post, tell us about it in the text box at the bottom of Post 2.

(There are undoubtedly characters here that you told us you were dropping a long time ago. Sometimes we forget to UPDATE ALL THE THINGS, which is exactly why we're doing a cleanup now.)

What To Do )

Hi, folks, and welcome to your slightly overdue Round-Up for September's Open Forum.

Since there weren't a huge number of separate topics discussed, we thought we'd combine the round-up with a few other reminders, plus a refresher on who's hanging out in your admin-team-of-love-and-cookies, since it's been a while and we do have a few genuinely new players among us these days.

So first, a mix of Things From The Forum and Things That Are Related )

Now that all of our newbies have arrived and things have settled down a bit more, it's time to announce the newest additions to your administration! Please put your hands together for:

In the wake of the departure of two of our own (*sniffle*), we bring you more upbeat news! Or rather, the arrival of your newest Pirate Jedi Overlord, [livejournal.com profile] sith_happened, also known as [livejournal.com profile] momslilassassin, [livejournal.com profile] rilla_myrilla, [livejournal.com profile] texted3times, [livejournal.com profile] capt_maxfactor and of course [livejournal.com profile] tatooine_doofus!

She's still settling into the team, so please give her some time to learn the ropes and lose her new admin shine before hitting her with adminly questions and the ilk.

Cake, however, is very much encouraged, and we'd like to thank her for taking on the job and supporting the game!

Community invitations have been sent out to all of the new characters! Make sure to check here to accept them!

Also, due to the fact that certain events in the [livejournal.com profile] fandomhigh comm (like the welcome picnics and graduation) are open to everyone, and places like the deck, rec room, and first floor lobby are open to everyone, all characters are being made members of the four main communities ([livejournal.com profile] fandomhigh, [livejournal.com profile] fandomhighdorms, [livejournal.com profile] fandomtownies, and [livejournal.com profile] fandomhigh_ooc). So, if you start getting seemingly random community invites (especially townies), don't reject them!

Monthly Markets!

Wednesday, September 17th, 2008 04:45 pm
[identity profile] spring-lost.livejournal.com
Aloha, folks! It's about time to kick an old Fandom tradition back to center stage: Saturday, September 27th, we'll be restarting our Monthly Markets! For those of you who weren't around back when this hallowed tradition was into play, the monthly market is a place for Fandom businesses and out-of-towners to display their wares for the general public to puruse. If you'd like some examples of what this is like, check here for previous market posts.

See it as a cultural exchange (Mayor Summers would like you to), except one that involves money and shopping. Business owners, comment below if you want your business to have a booth in the market, and we'll make sure they get their OCD! If any non-townie residents would like to sell their wares, that, too can be arranged. Just drop us a line.

Finally, a Monthly Market wouldn't be a Monthly Market if it didn't allow visitors to our fine town of Fandom to display anything from cabbages to leisure wear in their very own booth. Besides being a fun one-off, it's also a good chance to give a potential new character a first go before you app them.

Send in the app as posted below to administration@fandomhigh.net before midnight PST Thursday, September 24th if you'd like to bring an out-of-towner in for the day!

App is here! )

So, we just realized that this official announcement was never made. I blame Tropical Storm Hanna. *looks cute*

We have one last addition to the admin team to announce: Skylie, aka [livejournal.com profile] berserkerminsc (and many, many others). Please be kind to her brain for a little while, as she has officially given us the last bits of her sanity. Mwahaha!

New Admins!

Friday, August 29th, 2008 09:30 am
[identity profile] just-add-starch.livejournal.com
Good morning!

With the departure of three of our very hardworking admins (*SNIFFS*), we've sold the game off to the highest bidder added three new admins to our intrepid team. Please help me welcome [livejournal.com profile] rocksthescarf (yes, Chuck Bass is an admin now, live in FEAR!), [livejournal.com profile] needsaparrot, and [livejournal.com profile] ltcolkirk to the team.

Please allow them to settle in and get used to things before hitting them with questions and concerns of an adminly nature.

The remaining admins thank our three new teammates for taking this on and we're looking forward to a good semester!

ETA: I CAN SPELL, RLY.

*clears throat*

We'd like to introduce you to two new members of the admin team.

[livejournal.com profile] mouthy_merc and [livejournal.com profile] spring_lost - AKA Elaine and Len - have been crazy enough kind enough to agree to join our motley crew, and we think they'll both bring a great deal to the team.

It's their first day, so please welcome them, and give them a chance to ease into things as they learn the ropes and make a few new ones.

No springing difficult problems on them right away!

One of the things said in the open forum was that you guys wanted more transparency, and to know what it is that we as a team do here. We don't think that's a horrible idea, and we'd like to show you a little bit about what we do and how things go.

this time with a cut tag omg )

That's the bulk of what goes on behind the scenes. Hopefully this gives you all a little knowledge about what it is we do and why.

For the past few days, the admin inbox has been full. Unfortunately, we only realized this after being told that some e-mails were bouncing back. If you've e-mailed the admin address in the past few days and the message bounced back, or you haven't gotten any response that your message was received, please send your e-mail again. Thanks!
[identity profile] canadianpopstar.livejournal.com
The site is working again, as is the admin email and the application form.

To be on the safe side, however, do not assume we got an app until you get a confirmation email from us! (Which should be the standard MO anyway.)

You may all now return to your normal gameplay and crack and whatnot.
[identity profile] idontlooktired.livejournal.com
There's a lot of journals associated with the game, and this is just a quick refresher on what goes where!

[livejournal.com profile] fandomhigh The only posts in here should be classes, clubs, announcements over the PA system, and other official school activities.

[livejournal.com profile] fandomhighdorms is for posts in the school that aren't official school activities, on school grounds, and any public spaces inside the dorms. Common room posts, posts on the grounds, visits to the gym, salle, or shooting range, stables, hallways, stairwells, etc etc go in here.

[livejournal.com profile] fandomtownies should be used for any posts set in public places other than school or school grounds --the Preserve, around town, the park, the beach, coves, rocky bits etc. All businesses go in [livejournal.com profile] fandomtownies. Common areas of townie residences (the lobby, living room, porch etc) may go into personal journals or [livejournal.com profile] fandomtownies, depending on how open the post is. Use your common sense, here.

Personal journals should be used for posts in personal living spaces (dorm rooms or a townie's apartment, The Arms hotel rooms), teacher office hours, out of town posts that don't go into [livejournal.com profile] fh_trips (see below), random OOC posts or availability notices, or the occasional post that wanders around so much that it's easiest just to keep it in one place.

Posts that are primarily links drops for your character should ALWAYS be in your personal journal.

Private posts in public places

All good rules have exceptions! Posts that are in secluded parts of public places - i.e.: a private part of the beach, a clearing in the preserve, a secluded part of Selkie Cove, etc, that are not open posts (they might simply be establishy or locked to specific people) can go in your personal journal.

If a post is open to anyone, and is set in an open and public location, it needs to go in the correct community journal.

Examples:
A post set in a secluded nook of Selkie Cove locked to one other character - personal journal.
An open beach post - [livejournal.com profile] fandomtownies.
The picnic tables outside the dorm buildings - [livejournal.com profile] fandomhighdorms.
A specific clearing in the Preserve - personal journal.

The common sense rule applies here, as well. If you want to have your character in a public place, but limit interaction in the post to only a chosen few, don't take up the whole place in your post. Instead, set it in a secluded part of the area, leaving the main area available for other characters to play in. The Preserve, Selkie Cove, Serenity Cove, the beach - all have plenty of secluded nooks and crannies for your private needs!

[livejournal.com profile] fh_trips is for large group outings. Big group outings to a ball game, a road trip to Vegas with a lot of friends, class field trips, that kind of stuff. You need admin permission to use [livejournal.com profile] fh_trips.

[livejournal.com profile] fandomhigh_ooc is for general things of an OOC but non-personal nature - updates on the friending list, informational posts on group outings or events, hints, tips and tricks, or OOC administration announcements (like this one!). Player availability posts should always go in your personal journal.

[livejournal.com profile] fhplotterywheel is for plot proposals, recruitment and information.

All the new, incoming students will be assigned a random roommate, but if you are a current student who would like to be reassigned to/request a new roommate, please comment here by midnight PST on Tuesday, August 28. In the previous post about class submissions, we asked any townies wanting to become a teacher to email us. This has been misconstrued as simply sending in a class idea. We apologize for the confusion, but what we meant was for any townie wanting to become a teacher to email us so we could discuss the possibility and let you know the next steps required to make the transfer.

Pimping a Community

*waves*

Hey, everyone! Not sure all of you know or care, but we have a comm called [livejournal.com profile] fandomhitunes, which is kind of going through a pining for the fjords stage. To fix that, we're going to try a couple of new things.

First is to actually let the new people know that it exists. Which, yay, I can now cross something off the list. *does so* However, you have to join the comm to find out what it is, because it's friendslocked. So if you're intrigued, please go do that whenever you get a chance.

Second, we're trying a new thing. Yes, the post is friendslocked. It's a theme. The comm is also for more than just that. If you're interested, play away!

For those of you who are new to the game, during last summer, and during the first term of this summer, the students spent some time living in cabins. As some of you might have noticed, the time for this term's move back to the cabins is fast approaching. Unfortunately, the current school administration is going to put a crimp in that plan.

Umbridge, the school's giggling evil overlord, is going to cancel the cabins the day before the students are scheduled to go back. What does this mean for you?

No one will ICly know that the students aren't moving until the announcement is made, so students should continue to behave as if they are going to the cabins. It can be assumed that the intended move to the cabins is common knowledge. (ETA: The move would be taking place this weekend.)

While some characters might be thrilled to have the cabins cancelled, we know that others won't be quite so pleased. Luckily, there will be opportunities for protests, involving singalongs at the main campfire, overnight sleep protests at the cabins, or other camp related protesty-type activities.

Please do not simply decide to have your character move to the cabins anyway. Umbridge will see to it that they are removed from the cabins back to the dorms.

If you want to use the cabins for a protesty type activity, there probably won't be any problem, but you need to let us know what you're planning and when, and also let us know if you want your character(s) to be caught.

Questions, comments, offers of pie can be left here or sent to administration@fandomhigh.net.

New Townie Mod!

[identity profile] just-add-starch.livejournal.com
Good morning, evening, afternoon, late night!

With the departure of our previous townie admin, we've restructured just a wee bit. I've slipped into the townie admin role and, today, we've chosen a brand new, shiny moderator to help me and the rest of the team out.

Please give cookies, chocolate and a nice welcome to [livejournal.com profile] spacepiratevala, the new townie mod! I believe she needs minions too. Lots of minions.

I mostly need the cookies. And the fudge. And a new car.

Anyway, hurrah! Welcome, welcome!

Hey guys,

I'd like to announce that I'll be stepping down as townie admin. RL's been kicking my ass and I simply haven't had enough time to keep up as well as I should. Today I finally got a job offer so that whole life being crazy thing is probably not going to clear up any time soon.

I love this game a lot so all of my characters are definitely sticking around, I'll just be going back to being a regular player. I hope at least I managed to give a little back to it.

The new Sheriff and you

Tuesday, May 1st, 2007 01:18 pm
[identity profile] light-a-spark.livejournal.com
As you might have noticed by now, there’s a new Sheriff in town which means that there might be some slight adjustments as to how violence in plots should be handled IC. OOC however, the same rules still apply.

So what will be changing? Well for one thing, Roy Mustang is definitely not Tex. Whereas Tex pretty much didn’t give a damn and her morals could be bought, Roy Mustang is an idealist. On one side this might be a good thing because; hey, a sheriff who actually cares. On the other, it will need some more careful treading.

To compensate for this however, most of the troopers have left together with Tex. There is a squad left (consisting of 9 clone troopers) and one Sheriff. They will be covering security around the island in shifts, this means that Fandom Troopers is understaffed. There aren’t a whole lot of patrols anymore and there should be a bit more leeway to get away with violence. Just keep in mind that it is still a small town and certain things will just draw attention.

OOC we still expect you to clear any serious violence with us. Serious being any fights that could lead to major injuries, destruction of public property or which involves weaponry. Fisticuffs and other minor forms of violence don’t have to be included.

These changes have been added to the townie guide so it will be easy to find for future references. I added a 'patch note' in the comments so you can see the changes that have been made.

Comments? Questions? Concerns? Turtleducks?

ETA: Being a dork, I made an OOC info post on Roy Mustang on his lj and then realised that he's not on the flist yet. D'oh. Anyway, it's there if anyone wants to read.

Hey everyone. We just have a few quick things for you lovely people if you would be so kind to read.

*Next Saturday, October 28, we will be holding an open forum. We'll have some stuff to talk about and if you have stuff to talk about with us, we'll be happy to talk. About stuff.

*Now that we've had some new people around these parts for a while, we thought it would be a good idea to blatantly steal from the kind of OOC posts that went nigh-unchecked early last year and do a little bit of a getting to know you in the comments. A lot of us know each other OOCly to at least some degree but it's always nice to reach out and connect in a place where we can all mock you for liking Team Knight Rider or something. This is completely voluntary and hopefully a good way to bond OOCly. Also, it never hurts to get a new headcount on how many guys there are in the game. Right, men?

*On one final note, we wanted to take a moment and remind everyone that we, the admins, are addicts. Often friendly addicts, at least when caffeinated. We're on AIM and check our e-mail constantly, so if you ever have any issues - be they trying to pound a plot proposal into shape, or checking on when would be a good week to do something in game, or if you just want to check and see if the doctors have really let us out of the nuthouse - which I recognize may be questionable in my case after reading some of my posts, including this one - we're happy to talk.

Thank you for your time, now let's play ball! Or something.

Howdy!

Awhile ago, I asked about the possibility of creating a community for pimping/praising/squeeing/giving mad props to specific threads and/or interactions throughout the game. Today, I got the community made and it's ready to go.

[livejournal.com profile] fh_squee

Please read the rules in the userinfo before doing anything. It's nothing hard and there's no test, I prommise. Membership is moderated as of now just to prevent onlookers from joining as this is just for FH and it's players. People are welcome to watch but not post.

Just request to join, I'll approve you ASAP and check your Invites (not sure if this is necessary or not but I wanted to post the link).

If you have any questions, feel free to ask. If I don't answer or approve the membership right away, it's probably because I'm in bed.

In anticipation of this weekend's Hush plot, a new community has been created: [livejournal.com profile] fh_im.

Info post is here.

It's set at open membership for the time being, though that will change once most people have joined.

The community will be completely usable beyond this weekend, but given that we're going to be voiceless, it seemed to be a good idea to get it up and running now.

Please friend and/or join the community ASAP.

Any and all questions can be left in the comments of the rules post or directed to me or [livejournal.com profile] x5_alec.

And a sample post of what an IM/chat conversation looks like can be found here.

Hey everyone,

Owing to various factors including an increased workload, the utter capriciousness of my daytime schedule, and health-related concerns, I no longer have the time or energy to devote to an admin capacity. So the 12,000 year old head in a tube is going back into (hopefully peaceful) retirement.

My other boys -- Anders, Conner, and Archie -- will still be around though possibly on a slightly reduced level, depending on the above factors.

Y'all are in good hands, folks.

[identity profile] freelancerchick.livejournal.com
Please welcome our new and shiny townie mod [livejournal.com profile] headologist.

She should be less armoured and cranky than Tex.
[identity profile] stickittotheme.livejournal.com
Much like sports teams retiring numbers of those who gave particular service, the administration has decided to retire the characters of our former admins, in honor of their hard work and dedication to the game. Therefore, the following shall no longer be playable characters in the game of Fandom High (except in the case of the fortunate occurence of the original player's return):

Sarah Connor
Spider Jerusalem
Jack Bristow
Red XIII

I do not ask a moment of silence, but perhaps three cheers for those who worked hard to help establish this game to what it is today.

Hip, Hip, Hooray!

Just to let everyone know of our first group of accepted townies:

[livejournal.com profile] _bigguy_ Batou, Ghost in the Shell
[livejournal.com profile] badassbutler Alfred Pennyworth, DC Universe (Batman, more specifically)
[livejournal.com profile] gikkingen Baron Humbert von Gikkingen, Mimi wo suwaseba (Whisper of the Heart)/The Cat Returns
[livejournal.com profile] headologist Granny Weatherwax, Terry Pratchett's Discworld
[livejournal.com profile] heterodine Agatha Heterodyne, Girl Genius
[livejournal.com profile] ladder62 Tommy Gavin, Rescue Me
[livejournal.com profile] landlord_quark Quark, Star Trek: Deep Space Nine
[livejournal.com profile] superartie Artie, Adventures of Pete and Pete

EDIT

Please welcome [livejournal.com profile] freelancerchick as our new Town Admin.

Yes, that means Tex will be the mayor soon. Heavens help us.
[identity profile] agent-principal.livejournal.com
Just a quick note:

If you are bothered when the administration leaves OOC comments to you about official rulings and such, feel free to ask us to screen said comments, and we shall do so immediately. We mean not to humiliate. It is merely often faster to do such a thing when quick interception would do good. Sometimes, we do it deliberately in hopes that such a thing would make little issues obvious to the rest of the game community, so other folks can avoid making the same mistakes.

We don't play favorites.
We don't mean to hurt you.
We don't mean to spoil your fun.

We're just here to make sure things run smoothly for everyone.

Methos shall be moving from the Library into teaching Western Civilization and Medieval English History.
Joshua Lyman: [livejournal.com profile] professor_lyman, from West Wing. Teaching US Government, American History, and Political Campaigning.
Doctor Tommy Oliver: [livejournal.com profile] dr_tommy, from Power Rangers Dino Thunder. Teaching Paleontology and Drivers Education.

New teachers, you will recieve community invites soon.

Also, please welcome the following as your IC Administration, to be installed after the coup old regime has phased out.

Might as well break in the new admin account. *waves* Yes, this will be your new Principal when Bristow sadly leaves us.

1. I'd like Teachers and Townie Business owners to report in with "inactive" students and employees. I.E, folks that have just not been reporting to class or work, without giving OOC reasons. We'll be doing an inactivity purge soon, and would like some assistance in tracking down those characters that are simply not played anymore.

2. Since the end of term seems to be bringing about more than a few players leaving the game, if anyone wishes to put characters up for adoption, please "hand over the keys" to me. As adoptions are currently frozen so the administration can keep better track of that situation, this solution would allow us to track who gets said characters when adoption reopens in the near future, and frees you up from worrying about the adoption process. You can contact me at agentprincipal AT gmail DOT com . Thank you.

It is with some sadness that both [livejournal.com profile] jerusalem_s and I announce our resignation from the game, effective at the end of term. We feel that the transition from Fall to Spring would be a good time for us to move on to other projects.

In our place, we've brought on some wicked awesome new administrators: [livejournal.com profile] wyld_stallyn, [livejournal.com profile] futurebucs_star, and [livejournal.com profile] chloe_sullivan, joining the previously announced [livejournal.com profile] t_servo. [livejournal.com profile] _red_xiii_ will remain as Townies administrator/mayor.

Additionally, we've brought on some neat moderators: [livejournal.com profile] bugofjustice, [livejournal.com profile] fates_jaye, and [livejournal.com profile] fh_anonymous.

Spider and I will still be around throughout the rest of the term, however, our roles will be reduced as we let the new admins take charge.

So, yes. Greet your new admins here!

ETA: Added another admin to the list.

Admin is currently restructuring the admin/mod system. Until we have that finalized, we've pulled teacher mod access on FandomHigh. We'll let you know once we've settled on a final structure.

We apologize for not warning in advance. We're a bit distracted trying to set-up the new term.

In another admin note....

PLEASE DO NOT BRING A MAJOR PROBLEM TO AN ADMIN IN CHAT FOR IMMEDIATE RESOLUTION

Let us pause to admire my 'All Caps of Attention-Getting (TM)'. They are there mainly to catch the eye of people scrolling through the forum, not any indication of mood.

Feel free to bring up issues when talking to any admin, but please follow it up with an e-mail to the administration in general - if only to report that you did talk to someone so you don't end up with a second admin breathing down your neck and demanding clarification. Questions, comments and clarifications are all still welcome in chat, but anything major really, really needs to go past more than just one of us. We have a total of four admins (three at the moment till Servo gets settled in). We are supposed to work as a group despite our divided responsibilities. No one admin is expected to or supposed to make a major policy decision on the spur of the moment and nor is it fair to expect one to do so that may later have to be revoked because of lack of consultation.

That way leads to confusion for all involved.

Things that happen in chat can get lost or mis-remembered, particularly if there is a mob of people talking to a single admin. The more people who know what's going on from our end, the more smoothly things should go for you.

We have a main e-mail now which will forward to all four admins. It is administration @ fandomhigh.com . If you have a plot point, major issue, or something which needs resolution PLEASE use that e-mail. There are too many things going on where someone is approaching an admin in chat and pressing for an instant answer. Depending on what else is going on, the answer they get may be incorrect, inappropriate, or revoked after consultation. There is also the issue of a concern getting lost in the shuffle, people forgetting to mention permissions granted, things getting misplaced amid lj notifications and other mail... This account will help to insure that this no longer happens.

Please talk to us in chat, tell us what's going on, ask for answers... but if you have a plot point or major problem, please, please, please follow it up with an e-mail so that things will no longer be misinterpreted, subject to unforseen changes by other admin or lost in the shuffle.

That's administration @ fandomhigh.com

Thank you.

Edit: For clarification purposes:

For [livejournal.com profile] fandomhigh issues, your administrators are [livejournal.com profile] dean_bristow, [livejournal.com profile] jerusalem_s and (to be fully invested in the near future) [livejournal.com profile] t_servo.

For [livejournal.com profile] fandomtownie issues, your administrator is [livejournal.com profile] _red_xiii_.

These four people keep tabs on each other, on current issues and also on on-going plots. Things that happen at the town can affect people at the school and vice-versa so despite our diversity we like to let all four admin know what's going on as a simple courtesy (and to avoid confusion). Thank you again for your patience.

Personal admin availability:

I've been trying to be around most of the time... and it's eating my life. I have to move halfway across the country in a few weeks and this can't be allowed to continue.

I'm around in the mornings and afternoons, off and on, but my evenings and weekends are going to be mostly limited to e-mail communication as well for the next few weeks. I try to be prompt with my e-mail, so if you don't get a response within what you feel is a reasonable amount of time, send another letter.

Edited for technical difficulties. Stay tuned.

This is a general announcement to let everyone know that I (the evil mastermind behind Cally, Servo, and Ash), am being brought on board to help out the administration of this game in the overall sense, and Tom Servo himself is going to be brought into the IC Fandom High Administration in a position that is yet to be fully worked out at this point.

Please note: I am not in official capacity yet. Please still direct your concerns to Spider and Bristow for the time being. I have a bloody semester to finish and a vacation before my mind gets to melt taking up just a fraction of Bristow and Spider's responsibilities.

Because seriously folks, after what I've seen? I am not fit to fill their shoes, they work so hard for us.

Luckily enough, Servo has no feet, and therefore cannot fill shoes at all.

So, Hello folks. I'm like, an official or something. Going to be, at least. I thought I should let you know.

Huzzah!

Okay, there's some tensions running around, which is normal for a game this size, but they need an outlet. I'm aware that the current admins can be a little intimidating given their IC natures. So, in effort to get a "softer" image, I'm comin' out.

This is me. This is who I am. Right here. Right now. )

Please feel free to contact me about anything, be it game issues, suggestions, player disputes. I will listen.

As always, I'm reachable via e-mail - jack.bristow@fandomhigh.com (I have normal e-mail but use that to help keep me organized) and AIM - portmeirionno6

With all the new comms flying about, I thought this would be helpful.

Here are the offical "in-play" comms affiliated with Fandom High:

[livejournal.com profile] fandomhigh
[livejournal.com profile] fandomhighdorms
[livejournal.com profile] fandom_lounge
[livejournal.com profile] fandom_clinic
[livejournal.com profile] fandomtownies
[livejournal.com profile] fandom_radio
[livejournal.com profile] fhightimes
[livejournal.com profile] fhclinic_charts

Official OOC comms:

[livejournal.com profile] fandomhigh_ooc
[livejournal.com profile] fh_adoptions

All other plotting/planning/crack comms are unofficial and should not be treated as being "in-play."

Furthermore, only [livejournal.com profile] jerusalem_s and [livejournal.com profile] dean_bristow have administrative authority in all official comms. Any new official comms have to have their approval.

A few comms have separate moderators of their own, such as Radio (Barbossa), Dorms (Res. Affairs), Townies (Red), Hightimes (Chloe and Jake), and the Clinic (Wilson and House). Their authority does not extend beyond the comms they maintain however.
[identity profile] jerusalem-s.livejournal.com
Good evening.

We have a few major policy changes to announce.

The first concerns the administration of [livejournal.com profile] fandomhigh. With her increased responsibilities elsewhere, Principal Connor is stepping down as a game admin. She will remain to terrorize and traumatize as Principal of Fandom High, but your game issues need to be directed to either Dean Bristow or Spider Jerusalem from this time onward. If you have any outstanding issues to which you have not yet received an answer, it is strongly recommended that you either e-mail or leave game voicemail for Bristow or Jerusalem in order to receive resolution.

The second concerns Fandom Town.

As [livejournal.com profile] fandomtownies is an affiliate of [livejournal.com profile] fandomhigh, it has been decided that it needs its own administrator.

From here on out, any problems, requests, wants or needs involving [livejournal.com profile] fandomtownies can be directed to the new Mayor of Fandom Town - [livejournal.com profile] _red_xiii_.

Red is going to be the sole administrator of [livejournal.com profile] fandomtownies. What goes on in Fandom Town will stay in Fandom Town as far as the [livejournal.com profile] fandomhigh administrators are concerned.

Townies and those students and faculty who live and work there will want to stay tuned to the community for announcements on policy and procedure.

Thank you for your observance.
