April 8-12 is Ye Olde Traditional Sex Pollen Week leading up to....*drumroll* AU kids on April 13-15th, (after Prom on the 12th) so get your crack pairings and AU kiddo icon-finding skillz busy. We'll put up sign-ups for that later next week.

Applications are due by April 21st!

Graduation will be April 27th, so think of your potential guests, graduates, and next week we will also be asking for your plans for the summer!

Which doesn't mean we've forgotten about the BDE, which will take place this year in the week (April 29th-May 2nd) between graduation and newbies just to make your characters irritated!

We have a few of our favorite events--Wacky Phones and AU Kids weekend--coming up soon, and we've decided to add a few twists to them this year!

The phones will go nuts tomorrow, Tuesday, March 20th. In addition to voice-based messages going awry, text messages will also go nuts, and the always annoying Autocorrect is going to be extra ridiculous (or possibly malicious) with its substitutions today, possibly changing your message to mean something completely different! Fandom crazy has to keep up with technology, after all.

Hello, Fandom!

It's time for a quick rundown of upcoming events that will be occurring on our humble island. Turn your eyes this way, get your fingers typing and enjoy!

Club Fair submissions are due Thursday, January 20th (TODAY!) so if you have a club you'd like to start, submit it here!
The next How's My Driving meme will take place on Sunday, February 6th and it will be operating under the same rules as last time. We're going to try to do these at least once a semester so if you don't see it on the calendar, rest assured, we'll get it on there!
3MDX, which has just been announced has signs up that close on January 31st. The event takes place on Saturday, February 5th.
On Friday, February 11, there will be a Valentine's Day dance organized by your 'all about the love' Student Council!
AU Kids 2011 will be taking place from February 12 through February 14. Sign Ups are due by Sunday, February 6th so get those kid submissions in now!
The next Open Forum will take place on Saturday, March 19th!
The Spring version of Parent's Weekend will be taking place on Friday, March 11 and running through Sunday, March 13. More information on this will be coming as the date gets closer!
There will be a Twenty Years FH Reunion event happening in early April. More information (including specific dates) will be forthcoming as the event draws closer!

So, as you can see, it's gonna be a busy time and that's not counting random events, personal plots and just overall zaniness! We're looking forward to it!

Hey everybody,

We just wanted to take a minute to apologize for the scheduling of AU Kids weekend. It seems that the admins are a bunch of godless heathens, and until it was pointed out in the announcement post, we didn't realize we'd scheduled the kids for Easter weekend.

Unfortunately, with so much going on as we get closer to the end of the semester, we can't reschedule AU Kids this year. We've put Easter and all the other major holidays on our calendar to keep this from happening again, and we apologize for the inconvenience this time around.

H'okay, before you look, just know that
