Shep and Pip need to go over to the target range/weapons lock up... can anyone open that, or do we need a faculty member or someone to do that?

Hey everyone. I have a couple of questions:

1) If we want to make a post about visiting the shooting range, is that to be posted in FH community or in the dorms? Or in town? And where IS the shooting range, physically on a map?

2) If your character has a long-distance or range magical/other fighting ability or weapon that they want to practice, where, locationally, should that happen? This is assuming it's not swords (which can be practiced in a smaller, private area) or guns (shooting range). Say I want to have my character Mustang practice controlling fire. This would require a large area of space for safety reasons. It falls under the no-weapons policy to be practicing on campus, but I wasn't sure if it should be posted in The Town, either, since there's all these new rules for interacting/posting in Town.

Can there be a place where students can practice dangerous weapons/maneuvers that aren't guns? Would this be a new place, or would we just say it's an extention of the shooting range, like a different fenced off area?
