More info on the invasion and injury claim post

Tomorrow afternoon, there will be some visitors to Fandom. Please, make them welcome. They're very pretty. :D (Only those who have asked to be kidnapped will get kidnapped so please don't overwhelm them if you didn't sign up) They will be approaching their intended victims for the most part. People are more than welcome to notice the disappearances later in the evening, but please try to keep reactions on the low key end of realism.

The interesting stuff for most of you will start on Saturday morning. There should be a post bright and early Saturday morning. Then the trolls should start making their appearances around town. Please, for the sake of the plot, the site of Saturday's first post and the eventual location of the captives should be... overlooked? in the beginning (sorry, it is getting late for me, words are starting to thing... dance! in my brain).

Also, IF YOU WANT AN INJURY, THIS IS THE PLACE TO CLAIM IT!

Both the trolls and the medical people will be checking in the thread below to see what injuries people should be getting. If you don't claim it here, it won't be happening. PLEASE KEEP THEM REALISTIC (although, they are trolls so severe injuries are realistic).

Also, if you are wanting to do anything plotty centered on this event, you MUST email the admins about if first. This is an event for everybody and personal plots that are tacked on without notice would cause problems.

EDIT: REMINDER TO ALL KIDNAP VICTIMS: You will not have immediate access to medical attention. Please keep this in mind as you are deciding on your injuries.

Much as I'd like Conner to end up with some severe trauma, I need him in one piece a couple of weeks from now. But some minor flesh wounds of the very bleedy variety (the kind that look a lot worse than they really are) would not go amiss here. Cuts, lacerations, that sort of thing.

You could always throw boiling coffee on his hand. I can vouch that that hurts like heck.

For Daisy: injure her however little or much (a sucking chest wound, perhaps?), she'll heal it right over in seconds. Perhaps it's time for her to come out of the closet as a reaper. . . .

As for Nadia: I'd like her to reinjure her shoulder (as in, she'll stop wearing the immobilizer for it on Saturday morning, then be back in it again by Saturday evening), so a dislocated shoulder would be lovely. As to whether that comes from the trolls or from the person hauling her kicking and screaming away from battle is yet to be determined.

FWIW, if needed, Door is available for getting injured people to medical attention - she can open doors from one place to another, so "to the clinic" or "to wherever a med person is stationed" would be an option. In fact rather than any specific trolly injuries (though cuts and bruising are fair game) I'd quite like to have her almost worn out just from doing that too much, as that would help with non-intrusive plottiness that we're going to e-mail about. Only if it works for other people and the battleplan as a whole, though, of course.

A couple fractured ribs. Not that he's about to tell anyone about them, so no worries on him taking up clinic space/medical attention.

Also various, and minor, scratches and bruises, but they'll heal within a couple days anyway.

If Becky can get knocked out during the kidnapping, that would be lovely. A nice, big knot on the back of the head - bad enough that she'll be out of it and quietly cranky during her captivity, but not so bad that she'll have brain damage. Poor girl can't afford it.

Mac & Aiden will probably be out of the main fray, so just bumps and bruises for them, if anything... Even then, they'll probably be acquired while running the hell away.

Shawn: Some ugly, but superficial cuts and abrasions, and a couple of broken ribs. So long as his arms/hands are okay, he'll be able to heal people and life-sucky a few trolls. It's a pity the boy can't just heal himself, really.

Phoebe -- moderately serious concussion (you know the not minor one, but also not the big one that causes brain damage; she has enough *grin*), cuts and bruises, left wrist sprain.

Gwynn -- Since she has yet to be hurt much at all since she has been in Fandom, it is time to rectify this in the battle. :) I'm thinking a sprained ankle and cuts and bruises. Maybe a black eye? It will be fun playing her learning to use crutches or being forced to stay off her ankle. :)

Maureen - as she has yet to fully understand the impact of the weirdness of Fandom, if the trolls want to injure her when they trash Empire Records (assuming that this is happening still), I'd be game. I don't know how much focus they'd put on her instead of the business, but a sprained ankle or injuries from them smashing windows would be okay.
