Update and Workshops Needed!
Email/Website Update
The administration@fandomhigh.net email address and the fandomhigh.net website are back up and running!
******
Reminder
If you are a student or teacher going away or returning for Term 2, please let us know immediately! We can't accommodate you if we don't know whether you're going to be around or not.
******
Workshops Needed!
Want to teach a workshop next term? This is open to teachers, townies and this year's graduates.
What's Needed:
* The ability to come up with 7 workshops (one per week) that give the students something to do
* The ability to post the workshop by 12pm PST the day it's scheduled (you can post the night before)
* The ability to interact with your students (SP is fine for this, you don't need to be around all the time)
Think you can handle that? Give it a try! Summer is the only time that townies and graduates can teach and it's only half a semester's worth of classes.
Teachers who do not wish to teach but want to stay in Fandom must have a job in town or start a community club that they run once a week.
Graduates who do not wish to teach but want to stay in Fandom must have a TAship (arranged yourself) or work on the school construction effort.
It's your responsibility to make sure that your character is doing something that they are supposed to be doing.
Everyone who wishes to teach a workshop for Term 2 should comment here with the following details filled out.
Character Name:
Workshop Name:
Workshop Synopsis: (a description including any ideas you have for individual classes so far)
Please list your top two preferred days: (Monday to Friday. You'll need to post your workshop by 12pm PST on this day. You can post the night before if that works better for you.)
Anything else we need to know?
It's totally okay to repeat a workshop from the first term. If you want to teach, but need some help brainstorming what you'd teach, feel free to contact any of the admins or mods and we're happy to help.
Deadline for submissions is Monday, June 25.
Comments are screened!
