New Townie, and Town Classifieds Update!

First, everybody give a warm welcome to our newest townie, who needs all the body heat he can get: Eric Northman (texted3times) from True Blood/Southern Vampire Mysteries who'll be *cough* re-vamping ye olde Devil's Nest nightclub!

Second, time to catch up with who has job openings, where our new grown-ups can settle in and where our old ones have shifted, as well as any changes to your business info you'd like to make.

Please take a look through the OCD threads within, and if it applies to you, let us know. If it doesn't, just leave some pretty for our new Nordic prince!

(For people searching for jobs, just a quick run-down: Townies must have a business or work for someone else. Students may have a job, but aren't required to.)

Business owners, please ping in with the name of the business, what day(s) you have openings, and any special concerns or restrictions. (Only adults, only students, etc.)

For anyone interested in Fandom's thriving musical industry, Groovy Tunes has openings every day of the week, except for Tuesday and Friday. Anybody interested in a job there is absolutely welcome to one.

Turtle & Canary, the island's mainstay general store with everything you could ever need except duct tape, will, of course, be doing a hiring sprint, especially since Shunsui will be teaching now, too!

Days available will be Tuesday, Wednesdays, Saturdays, or Sundays, and there are no special restrictions, but there is Apu, a cheese panda, and a SquishyBot to deal with. Not to mention the drunken boss.

Just let me know if you're interested, or even just tag into one of Shunsui's T&C posts.

Wellspring Arms is back to having openings for... uh, any day that isn't Wednesday, pretty much. Looking for students and/or irresponsible adults to man the desk, guide people to the meditation room, let people with permission poke around the shooting range, and refuse people guns (but non-lethal arms are fine); on the other hand, responsible adults Nate can trust with gun sale = also yay.

Not opening for a little bit, but the Devil's Nest will need people to work there. You'll need to be 21 (either in living years or in age of death + time being undead (see how accommodating Eric is?)) to tend bar, but he'll allow students to work the door checking ID.

The Arms Hotel has openings for front desk clerks on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Saturdays and Sundays. There are no special requirements except for the ability to deal with a cranky chef.

MHA has lots of rooms to rent! You can check the spreadsheet here (https://spreadsheets.google.com/pub?key=0At0mU8MRnZIBck13LTRYY0V1aFA1YnpWSEhQckpVeVE&hl=en&output=html) but for non clickers, the openings are:

3rd Floor: Apartments 5, 6, and 8
4th Floor: Apartments 9, 10, and 12

Dani is willing to take in one or two paying tenants at 23 Griffin Way. They would be welcome to use the pool in summer but must stay out of the wine cellar.

Please ping in with the name(s) of your adult character(s) and their place of residence, IF it's not listed in the Town Address List, or is listed incorrectly. Pre-arranged addresses that haven't been moved into yet are fine to list here too!

If it's a spot in one of the apartments or the hotel, you don't need the street address, just apartment/room number.

Oh, man, I've been terrible about this by the looks of it.

-Kūkaku Shiba is at 29 Chimera with Kerrigan.
-Shunsui Kyōraku and Angua von Überwald are both at MCA (Apts #5 and #-3, respectivvely).
-We can kick Farnsworth out of MHA, and put Jane Porter in there (Apt #10).
