New Meme: Bland Fandom Headcanon

Seems like a good week to post a new meme, so here we go!

Since this game has been around for almost ten years (omfg, how did that happen), we collectively have a lot of either Fandom minutiae we've established and forgotten about (there used to be a Whomping Willow!) or Burning Fandom Questions we've never gotten a real answer for (just how many forms are there if you accidentally kill a student? How about if you do it on purpose?). This is a place to let your brainstorming go wild and for us to steal good headcanon and turn into real canon.

So much of Fandom's odd flora has passed quietly from the collective memory. The aforementioned Whomping Willow, the summery soothing pink tree (which is probably less forgotten and more silently acknowledged but never really mentioned), Ino's garden outside of the dorms which includes pretty much any odd plant from any reality that she could get her hands on, including a tree that literally grows pillows.

I'm sure I'm forgetting a lot. Heck, I'm sure there's a lot I was never aware of in the first place.

There's a Belthazor-shaped divot still in the park from the Angel-gets-resouled plot.

Anakin visits it when he's had a bad day.

I might be misremembering (sappily) so correct me omg if I am, but isn't there a tree in the preserve with "RG + AS" lightsaber-burnt into it?

Not that that necessarily affects anyone but, you know, if anyone ever wanted further proof that Anakin's a big ol' dork....

I always snicker when I remember there's a day care center in the community center. It's the least busy day care center EVAR. They staff sits around and watches soap operas and talk shows.

Somewhere on the sixth floor of the dorms, inside of the closet, in one of the extradimensional hallways, behind the sign that says Beware of the Leopard, there's a room full of grass and trees containing a miniature giraffe named Earl.

Bel's emo garden on the roof that Blair made him plant. It was mostly tough spikey plants if I recall, so it doesn't need much tending.

Somewhere in the park is a wee tiny pine tree that Martin Blank planted before he left Fandom for good. In my head it is still wee and tiny.

Marty originally stole it from the park while stoned out of his gourd by eating most of Nadia's pot brownies.

OOCly it represents my oldest daughter whose Chinese name translated to "Heart Pinetree".

I believe there's also a metal lobster sculpture that Nadia and Walter made in the park as well.

IIRC there's a Discworld-inspired flower clock in the park that causes a small explosion at noon every day, or something like that.

This is more store-related than most of these, but it's worth mentioning I think?

As established in the intro post, back when it was Pixie Dust, Demon Marcus (the town clothing store) sells clothing for all kinds of shapes, species, and time periods. So if you need a Victorian dress suit or blouses with wing-holes in the back or a full Renaissance gown, you can handwavily find all that and more.

I think this one isn't all that forgotten, but there are flamingos in the duck pond.

Leto got them for Alice Liddell to play croquet with, and they've settled in nicely.

Ooh, and I just remembered, unless Porthos or Hatter have done something with it since, there should still be a Batcave just chilling out and doing its Batcave thing underneath Café Fina, from back when Alfred was running the place.

It has since been converted into the most metal wine cellar ever, courtesy of Lumiere. There's probably a wealth of abandoned, nicely aged wine down there still.

There is absolutely a set of VHS tapes in the dorms rec room that have been labelled 'Fandom Chicken' with a Sharpie marker. They are likely very, very dusty. Does the rec room even have a VCR? Why VHS? Would the students even know what those are, these days? Was the person involved in the conception of this madness simply just insane, or a brilliant and important man who thought VHS would make them seem more authentic as vintage art films?

These are the burning questions.

There's totally graffiti down in the sewers from the various people who have wandered in/gotten lost down there, including a spray-painted slice of pizza signed by someone calling himself the 'Party Dude,' and some cave wall-painting style drawings located much, much deeper in depicting bearded witches and walking trees and regicide.

I think I mentioned this to Fry once, but I'm totally convinced the gremlins have it out for the Skywalkers because he and Marty played a game of gremlin baseball in one of the common rooms one time.
