It's the end of the year and I'm either going to be very bored at work or very busy, so let's have a meme we haven't done since 2014!

This is gonna work like a questions meme: Players respond ICly to questions about THIS LAST YEAR OR UPCOMING YEAR. For instance, "Who's someone you're glad you met this year?" or "What are your new year's resolutions?" or "What are you looking forward to in the coming year?"
