Meme: Domesticity
I'm having another stressful days in a series of stressful days (in related news, never attempt to buy a house) and would like a distraction. We haven't done this meme in a year so why not.
Ping your character in and people will offer up a pairing with that character, which is used to answer the meme questions. Feel free to answer with single words, though explanations and examples are always fun. Then other people can chime in with how they see that pairing work. Any pairing goes: friends, NPCs, canon love, canon hate, canon indifference, roommates/housemates, and if-Hell-froze-over-and-these-two-characters-got-together, go crazy! Don't forget to check back in throughout the day and see who else has pinged in!
For example:
Who uses all the hot water in the morning? Warren. He's got a LOT more to wash than Karla and when she is in the mood to spend a long time in the tub, she takes a bath with a glass of wine and a book. Also, Warren is the one who leaves the bathroom a wreck because soggy wings leave water everywhere.
For great mobile justice, please copypasta the questions and your answers.

Re: Annie January | Faye Valentine | Lydia Deetz
Liam's the big spoon just because, again, look at these people. Liam would just wrap right around her.
What is their favorite non-sexual activity?:
GLOWING no though seriously think they'd probably be very athletic together. Lots of running, lots of being each others' spotter, etc.
Who uses all the hot water in the morning?:
Annie, but she'd at least feel bad about it.
What they order from take out?:
Annie lets Liam choose because she doesn't trust herself to 100% nail the vegetarian thing without his guidance, and she isn't picky.
What is the most trivial thing they fight over?:
Probably Annie's inflated sense of superhero importance. Liam seems a lot more willing to ask other people for help.
Who does most of the cleaning?:
They split it, probably with Liam doing slightly more because Annie has clutter-related blind spots.
Who calls up the super/landlord when the heat's not working?:
Liam, because of again that super-arrogance. Also I have not said this in any of the other responses, but why isn't the heat working? Is it maybe an electrical issue? Is it, maybe, Annie's fault????
Who steals the blankets?:
Annie, because Liam, like, barely sleeps anyway.
What is their late-night-viewing guilty pleasure?:
Unsolved Mysteries. They like coming up with increasingly unlikely answers to what actually happened.
Who kissed who first?:
Liam kissed Annie, who found it surprising but very welcome.
What would they do if the other one was hurt?:
Liam would heal Annie; Annie would administer first aid and then potentially go blind whoever hurt him. (Liam, I feel like, is more into making a plan than Annie is.)
Who is more likely to pay for dinner?:
They split it or trade off.
How do they celebrate anniversaries?:
Together, quietly. They probably stay in and get takeout and reminisce about their first date or wedding or whatever anniversary this is.
What do they name their pet(s)?:
Annie would let Liam name it, because if his daemon is any indication this might be some kind of awesome freaky alien pet.
On a scale from tolerable to sickeningly adorable in public, where do they rank?:
Like a five? Not too cute, but you'd know they were together.
Who cooks normally?:
Liam unless you want a kitchen fire.
How often do they fight?:
Rarely! Not big fighters, these two. Probably more, like, mutual-concern-I'm-shouting-because-I-love-you stuff if anything.
What do they do when they're away from each other?:
Probably the same things they do together, because they're both pretty independent, but they'd miss each other a lot.
Nicknames for each other?:
Naaaaaah. But -- while it's not nicknames, exactly, they're probably very verbally affectionate. Real, "I love you, bye," types when hanging up the phone, and so on.
What do they get each other for gifts?:
Annie probably gets Liam silly things he missed out on as a kid -- birthday cakes, silly string to shoot around, Slinkies, dumb stuff. Liam is probably big on self-care things for Annie since she's kind of highly-strung -- the candy she likes (gross), bubble baths, cozy blankets.
Who flirts more?:
Probably on fairly equal footing there.
Do they act different in public and at home?:
They're probably a lot flirtier at home, and try to keep it relatively neutral/professional if affectionate while out.
What are little gestures they do for each other?:
Annie always makes extra smoothie for Liam when she blends one up; Liam throws her running shoes in the dryer for her when Annie gets home and just wants to get her feet warm as soon as she can.
Who kills the spiders?:
They both take them outside!
Who is "the dominant one" (for however you want to define that)?:
Again with the very egalitarian partnership, but also, again, Annie's stronger, sooooooo.....
Who is the cuddler?:
They both are, but see above re: Liam not needing to sleep much -- he cuddles her to sleep on the regular just because he knows she likes it, even if he then gets up and does something else once she's out.
What annoying habit does one have that the other hates?:
Liam probably gets annoyed by Annie's relentless need to look on the bright side. Sometimes there isn't a bright side.
What do they do to make the other one jealous?:
Liam probably occasionally does mention that whole "isn't it neat not needing to sleep?" thing while watching Annie blearily slug down coffee (though that is not, like, relationship jealousy omg.) Otherwise I bet they're pretty good to each other.
What do they do that embarrasses the other one?:
Annie probably unintentionally embarrasses Liam a bit with the over-the-top "ENJOY THIS CHILDHOOD THING!" things.
What did they nearly break up over?:
Superhero bullshit. I don't see Liam being all on board with the whole Vought corporate hero machine thing.
What is "their song"?:
You Light Up My Life lololololololol
How do they handle holidays?:
Liam probably made a great impression on Annie's mom when she brought him home for Christmas, and then they've been way too busy to go back to Iowa since (when in reality they actually just like spending the holidays together, quietly.)
