Meme: Reverse questions
I want a meme. We haven't done this one since September.
Tag in with your characters and then people will comment asking the MUNS anything about the GAME or THEIR CHARACTERS, because we all know the muns will answer when the characters won't. They can be specific questions ("How does he feel about her?") or general questions ("Why did you choose this character?", "How do you channel them?", etc).
Don't forget to check back to see who else has pinged in for questions!

Re: Summer / Sidon / Amaya / Rosa / Astrid / Prompto / Wayne / Shunsui / Tisarwat / Troy / Ignis.
KQ: 6, 4, and 5 are MUST-PLAYS, in that order, although if you're a sucker for chronology, that's a solid way to work through them, too. 5 was when they moved to point-and-click, which could be easier for people not used to text commands; 4 was the last text-based. I also LOVE 3, but it is SO HARD. It is the only one I've never beaten, so definitely not a good one to start with. All the others are...fine. 8 (Mask of Eternity) is entirely skippable to the point where it's not even really called 8. It's completely a different style of game and really only VAGUELY KQ. The 2015 reboot is great until they ruined EVERYTHING in Chapter 4 and also fucked up the ending (do NOT get me started, King Gart of Daventry/Queen Gwendolyn of the Green Isles FOR LIFE DAMMIT). But anyway....
For FF, VI is my absolute favourite and a must-play, although VII gets points for being so ~iconic~. But VI, man, is a masterpiece. I love IX for feeling so classically fantasy after so many contemporary departures with VII and VIII, and it looks cutesy but it hits HARD. I never really played anything much past IX, until XV, which I obviously adore and I'm actually replaying again. V is a lot of fun if you like playing with different classes, and Tactics gets a big shout out because that game is just a lot of fun for me, I love the strategy aspects, and Tactics Advance adds some interesting new elements, but I found the gameplay not nearly as challenging and the story not as good.
Anything pre-V, though, I got nothing.
Also, I just want to mention Mystic Quest. Fuck, it's terrible, but so help me, I still am totally here for it XD

(Okay, I'm done now. Maybe) lol

And now that I look it up, I believe FF VI is the one and only that I played for like, an evening, and even then I remember being super impressed by how fantasy it was, 'cause most of my Final Fantasy knowledge comes from Kingdom Hearts and from what I understand that draws (at least, like, aesthetically) from the later games.
SO ANYWAY IT LOOKS LIKE I WILL BE PLAYING SOME KQ 6 AT SOME POINT HERE, if the chronology really doesn't matter that much omg. I'm a sucker for a point-and-click game (LucasArts is my jaaaaaaaaam) and I actually believe I've heard a tale of someone getting Actually For Reals Stuck in one of these games because they didn't have the right item to move forward, and I'm wondering if it was 3, now.
