Pip raised a good question about the wires and the school weapons rule. They are most assuredly a weapon, but they are also a pretty integral part of Walter's character. So far, he has used them around the school and once in town, always for minor bits of teenage showoffery (and cheating against himself at bowling.) He will never use them against another student, and even in the instance of something like the Angel/us incident I heard about, he won't use them to cause lasting damage.

Sooo... question one is does he have to turn them in? He likely won't do it voluntarily, which will mean some IC consequences for being a disobedient pain in the ass.

Question two is about practice. He needs someplace like the Danger Room to really be able to let go, otherwise, he's going to be cutting something up that probably shouldn't get cut up. How's the best way to handle that?

Canonically, he can reduce a squad of soldiers into flying bits in a matter of moments. His level of control is high enough to do something like this though. (Wondering what's happening there?
