I updated the Friending List that demonbelthazor started to use at the LJ admin console. It's current as of 12:30am PST. I'm pretty sure I've gotten everyone. If not, it's much easier to add a couple people than 100. :)

Drama class?

Are we completely done adding classes? Because it seems to me that we should have a drama teacher, drama club, school plays, etc. I'm not sure who could teach it, though ... all I can think of is Cordelia Chase or Troy McClure, either of which would be, um, interesting. I'm also not sure I should take on a second character in my first RPG.

Clarification re: English course times

*headdesk* Today is also my first day of classes, so I'm going to be most likely semi-AFK until tonight. Feel free to use the below information for IC chaos.

To clarify the status of the English classroom & times, since it's in a comment-thread:

The English classroom is in a state of magic timeflux. English / Honors English are both offered in the mornings (8 AM-12 PM); Creative Writing is offered in the afternoon (12 PM-3 PM). As long as your character enter the classroom within the appropriate time slot and show up to three sessions a week for a total of 3 hours, they're good.

Time which elapses in the English class will also elapse outside -- if your character shows up at 9:15 AM on Wed for the first class session of the week, when they leave class, it'll be 10:15 AM for them, although for the guy they kept passing notes with who showed up at 11 AM on Thurs for their first class session, it'll be Thursday noon. Doesn't make sense? Hey, it's magic!

So, I was wondering about the logistics of this whole going to class thing and whether it might help for each subject to have a classroom(community/journal) assigned to it where assignments could be posted and class discussions(goofing off) could take place? I admit I'm leaning towards a community, 'cos then the teachers could arrange access(posting privileges) as they saw fit. Anybody else think this sounds like a decent idea?

Is is possible to type up an entry on LJ (ie, LESSONS, CLASSES) and set it to post the thing at a certain time? Slight disadvantages with living on the west coast and being three hours behind and still being in school...

There is something odd going on with my computer, or possibly my LJ account. Several comments I've made (and I checked to make sure I was logged in first after, like, the third time this happened) have gone through as anonymous. If anyone deliberately messed up their library card application, please let me know OOC here so we can roleplay it out. :) Otherwise, I'm going to assume that the final application turned in by anyone on the second library card thread was accurate and by the book.
