Second: Feedback. What works for you guys? What doesn't?

Third: I'd like to do more with teamwork but I need more information on your availability. Please post when you regularly play so we can make it easier for group interaction

Forth: Any class ideas? Always willing to take suggestions.

Finally... If RL really has you tied up, I know how that works. A simple: *Attempted-Succeeds*, *Attempted-Fails* will be accepted. Unless you want to play the solution because this professor does accept the slow-time.

Parents Weekend Events

Parents Weekend. Also could possibly be called "The Weekend That Killed My Mailbox."

Here are the Official events

Friday Night: Checkpoint Rover fandomhigh
Parents will check into school and turn over any weapons.
Rover will be there as well as Marty and Alanna Trebond.
(Will be done teh slow-play method. Saturday Parents will check in on this post)

Saturday (All at fandomhighdorms)
Saturday Morning:
Reception for Parents
Brunch will be served.

Saturday Afternoon:
Club Fair
(See my previous Club Fair Post for details)

Saturday Night:
Mixer for Parents and Students in the Dorm Common Room
Food and punch will be served.

If you want "Parents" involved anywhere else, you'll need to do the post yourself and the Parents will then comment.

OOC/Ethics Debate: Attention Cameron, Rory, Phoebe, Parker, Angelus and Tara

Hey guys:

Cam-mun did an awesome job setting up the debate here. (Thanks!)

Because we were supposed to finish by Friday, I talked to Tara-mun. She's willing to extend the debate, but I think extending it too far is a recipe for detention because eventually we'll all forget.

I know Parker-mun is away, Phoebe-mun is sick, Angelus-mun is on deadline, and I'm scattered.

What do we want to do about this?

Mostly I'm asking b/c I know Phoebe can't get any more detentions and I don't want there to be IC consequences for us all being sick etc.

Regarding Parents' Weekend

I know you're all eager to get your characters out there and playing, but to keep things reasonable and sane, we're implementing the following, re: Parents' Weekend.

* No parent journal in play before 7PM EST on Friday. That's real time, not school time.

ETA * Last call for Parents' Weekend related threads is at 11:59PM Sunday. Feel free to clean up anything you still have going on after that time, but parents should be completely evacuated from the game by 6AM EST Monday.

* The following posts may be placed in fandomhigh: Open classrooms, parental check-in. Otherwise, put your post in fandomhighdorms or fandomtownies

* All other scheduled events will take place in fandomhighdorms: Saturday reception, Club fair, Saturday mixer

As has been stated before, students must initiate a post for their parent to interact in. Parents will not be granted posting access in any comm, although comment screening will be removed for the duration of the event.
