Real life

I'm having another bout of "I'm living my character's life." Rather more pleasant than the November one.

I just passed my Department of Transportation physical, start training Monday, and by March 11 will be the proud owner of a newly minted CDL.

What this means:
I am in class from 7 AM-6 PM central time for the next 3 weeks
I will be on the road after that, and unlike the Falcon, my truck will NOT have autopilot. Therefore I must actually drive it, instead of spending the time in transit in more pleasant diversions such as FH.

Han will stay at FH, but he will be less active. I will try to get him to class and the major plot events.

This is, however, the final straw for Deb. Her schedule no longer meshes with mine. Sunday will be the last day the Dive is open. She will be joining Carl on the mainland for his chemo.

(I am looking at regional runs, not coaast-to-coast, as in home every 3rd day)

On the upside: The story that was giving me such grief in detention back in January is sold. It will be out June 3rd.
