Violence and you

Whether in town or in the school, the rules on violence are based on the same principle. Any fights happening in public will get caught by the authorities and will lead to some sort of punishment (detention when you're in school).

IC violence

At the school

1. Any fighting in a public place will get caught and will lead to detention.

2. Weapons are forbidden on campus grounds and must be stored in the weapons locker. Getting caught on campus grounds wearing a weapon outside the designated areas (gun range and the salle), will also lead to detention.

In town

1. There are clone troopers patrolling the streets. This means that anyone getting into a serious fight on the streets or in other public places will get caught. Serious being defined as any fight that leads to destruction of public property, serious injuries or fights involving weaponry. You want to get down and dirty with guns or swords, do it in private. Otherwise the cloned arm of the law will be coming down on you.

2. There is no weapons ban in town. Your character can walk around with guns or knives or whatever. Tex sells weapons, so she's not going to ban them completely. It's when you start waving them around that you'll get someone breathing down your neck.

OOC about violence

1. If you plan on having any sort of fight that would prompt the law/administration stepping in, run it past the admins well in advance. In town there is more room for the occasional fisticuffs as long as the fight does not get out of hand and you don't mind the troopers taking bets.

2. All rules still stand. Don't attack another player's character unless you have permission. Use your common sense and you'll be just fine.

3. Violence is not banned in game, neither are weapons. We're all in favour of getting some action. It's however important that we keep it under control.
