Okay teachers and townies, it's that time again. We're looking for details on whether you intend to teach a workshop or not for summer term 1. The dates are May 14 to June 29.
I know some teachers have already sent in emails stating you intend to take on town duties instead for the term, but I didn't file those properly and I'd like to keep these all together, so please comment anyway.
All teachers should respond to this. Townies only need to respond to this if they want to teach a workshop. Workshops are like classes in that they're run once a week, only they're based on less academic topics and with less work.
Fill out the following.
Character Name:
Are you available most of the time from May 14 to June 29?: (Yes/No)
Want to teach a workshop?: (Yes/No)
If no, what duties do you intend to handle in town?: (If you don't know yet, start asking around. You can always contact the admins too to talk ideas over)
If yes, what workshop do you want to run?: (Please note that your first choice might be the same as someone else's first choice, so be prepared to work on a back-up plan if contacted to do so) Include a workshop name and description, including any ideas you have for individual classes so far.
Please list your top two preferred days: (Monday to Friday. You'll need to post your workshop by 12pm PST on this day. You can post the night before if that works better for you.)
Workshop leaders for term 2 will be organized later in the semester.
Comment here with your responses for the above. Please respond by April 20, 2007. Comments are screened!
