Please excuse this interruption of Wee Tiny Weekend to bring you some not so tiny information.

Behold the personally skewed info-dump of this week's spotlight on "X-Factor"!

What is X-factor you ask? Well the first question you should ask is "Which version of X-factor are you talking about?"

X-Factor: Version 1 (Spoilers Ahoy) )

X-Factor Version 2: Not your Father's X-men )

No! It's not X-factor! But it has Jamie Madrox, Guido and Rahne! )

X-Factor #3: Now we're a detective Agency! (More Spoilers!) )

Why should you read it? BECAUSE IT'S FREAKING AWESOME!

Where can I find it? Amazon has some TPB and if you want the good stuff you should head to your comic book store.

I now return you to your Wee Tiny Weekend already in progress.

The OC was created by Josh Schwartz, who was only twenty-six when the show began. This makes him the youngest person ever to be an executive producer of a television show. Anyway, The OC is about the loves and lives of the residents of Newport Beach, Orange County, California. It's awesomely cheesy in a soapy way, but it's also poignant and, at times, hilarious.

Welcome to the OC, bitch. )

Welcome to the Dark Side (getting addicted to the show) )

The show was canceled after four seasons. I should be grateful that FOX at least gave it a chance. However, the network meddled with season three and many viewers stopped watching (me included). When it was good again, FOX never really bothered to promote it. But I'm not bitter! *sighs*

(Note: all of this has spoilers. The huge massive ones are in the noted section below.)

Final Fantasy is a series of role-playing video games, originally for Nintendo and then for Sony's Playstation. None of the games are connected from a storyline or universe POV (with a couple of exceptions such as direct sequels) - each game is a complete story unto itself. Rikku from Final Fantasy X wouldn't know Cloud from Final Fantasy VII any more than she'd know Buffy. What stays consistent is the battle structure, certain enemies, systems of magic, and so on, although each game has its own unique take on them. Make sense? Okay, let's go.

We are down to less than 50 fandoms people! Good thing we'll have new characters coming in soon.

Okay, the RNG has picked an interesting bunch this time. It's first two choices were both fandoms with three or more players which I promised to give people two week notice on. So I went with choices three through five on the list: Angel the Series, Hellsing and Roswell.

[livejournal.com profile] notstakedyet, [livejournal.com profile] wannabelawyer, [livejournal.com profile] walter_n_wires and [livejournal.com profile] izzyalienqueen, please let me know if you will be able to post next Sunday.

In two weeks the picks are Stargate SG-1, Farscape and a third to be named later.

[livejournal.com profile] cameronmitchell, [livejournal.com profile] carter_i_am, [livejournal.com profile] kawalsky, [livejournal.com profile] can_be_more, [livejournal.com profile] banikslaveboy and [livejournal.com profile] whitedeathpod, please let me know if you will be available to post in two weeks.

Again, if your character is going to be leaving Fandom for good and you want to do a Spotlight for their fandom, please let me know and I will work you in.

ETA: All Hellsing characters are leaving so Pretender will be going next week instead.
