( In which Skylie makes a Bad Attempt to Explain her Favourite Fandom )

I....really don't feel I'm doing the series justice right now. It's really something that just has to be experienced, really. It's incredible, although I am biased, but it's expansive enough that, hopefully, the departure of Setsuna will not necessarily bar me from bringing more Negima! crack to Fandom High.

Questions (please, please, please? Question make little Skylies happy!)? Coffee? Pie? arsenic? I'm all wibbly now for Setsuna leaving after this semester....Geeeez.

The Cabin Situation

For those of you who are new to the game, during last summer, and during the first term of this summer, the students spent some time living in cabins. As some of you might have noticed, the time for this term's move back to the cabins is fast approaching. Unfortunately, the current school administration is going to put a crimp in that plan.

Umbridge, the school's giggling evil overlord, is going to cancel the cabins the day before the students are scheduled to go back. What does this mean for you?

No one will ICly know that the students aren't moving until the announcement is made, so students should continue to behave as if they are going to the cabins. It can be assumed that the intended move to the cabins is common knowledge. (ETA: The move would be taking place this weekend.)

While some characters might be thrilled to have the cabins cancelled, we know that others won't be quite so pleased. Luckily, there will be opportunities for protests, involving singalongs at the main campfire, overnight sleep protests at the cabins, or other camp related protesty-type activities.

Please do not simply decide to have your character move to the cabins anyway. Umbridge will see to it that they are removed from the cabins back to the dorms.

If you want to use the cabins for a protesty type activity, there probably won't be any problem, but you need to let us know what you're planning and when, and also let us know if you want your character(s) to be caught.

Applications, Classes, Leaving Characters and Tags

Hi guys!

This is a reminder for a couple of things.

If you have a character that you know is leaving at the end of the semester, please let us know as soon as you can!

Teachers wanting to keep teaching for Fall Semester should submit their class proposals here by August 17.

Remember applications for students and teachers are still open until August 17 (townies are always open). We're getting a good load in, so join the fun. Current players and newcomers welcome! We love our fresh meat.

And last but not least, the entire fandomhigh_ooc community will be tagged up by tonight. I'm just working on September 05 and we're set, so it should be easier to navigate now instead of pressing 'Previous 20 Entries' a bazillion times.

Well, I lied, that wasn't the last one. I feel you all should know that I'm out of chocolate. This is a sad and tragic occasion.
