Today there will be more ghosts appearing, to the point where it's very likely that the residents of Fandom will notice. If you pass through one, you will feel extremely weakened. Prolonged contact with them will result in loss of consciousness. You're more than welcome to mod your own ghosts, please just keep the following in mind: they are not malicious at all, they are very faded apparitions of people who were once alive (but no one you would know as they're from Hades' Underworld) and they cannot speak beyond groans and unintelligible whispers. They also appear to be very weak.
The ghosts/spirits cannot enter the dorms, Caritas, the clinic or any area with the standard protections against ghosts.
If you'd like someone to play a ghost NPC for you, please comment here with a link to where you need one. NPCers, if you take a thread, please comment to indicate that you've taken it. Icons to use will be uploaded shortly.
In other news, emails now should have gone out to all victims, NPC volunteers and raiding party members (including an extra email about one-on-one fights). Emails for the away teams and special researchers will go out today. Finale folks will get their information by Saturday.
