1. Look at the hotel information for the available room types.
2. If necessary, communicate with the player of your guest to determine where they will be staying while on the island.
3. Comment to this post using the form provided under the cut tag. It's one form per room, but you can sign up for multiple rooms in one comment.
4. Relax! Now your parents/visitors won't be stuck sleeping on a park bench.

If there are multiple people who want the same suite, the almighty RNG will decide. Please comment by Friday, October 2, by 7 AM to guarantee your choice of room! Once the RNG makes its choices, an OOC list of room assignments will go up with the regular Arms Hotel post so your Parents Weekend guests can handwave their check-in and spend more time mingling or getting their brains broken.

If you miss the deadline (I hear that there's this thing called LJ maintenance -- boo!), just go ahead and comment with the same form, and I'll add your guests to the room listing. All comments will be screened to prevent spoilers, but I'll unscreen any questions as soon as I've had some coffee.
