• Teacher and student apps be clooooooosed, as are workshop applications from current teachers and townies! Thank you for your applications, and we'll be looking forward to an awesome new group of characters and classes as we review.


• Graduation guest applications for seniors are due by this Wednesday, April 27th.


• Summer Plans for all alumni and any students fleeing for any part of the summer are due by this Friday, April 29th. (Our apologies for the mis-typing on the last update list. Those fleeing will need to be off the island by May 6th, but we'll need to know the plans earlier so we can deal with roomies and such.)


• Big Sib/Teaching Buddy sign ups AND sign-ups for New Roomies (for current students who want a random assignment) are due 5/3/11.


• So is cake, because that's my birthday.

Hotel reservations for graduation visitors

Guess what? It's time once more for you to reserve hotel rooms for your characters staying in Fandom for graduation! This process should look familiar, but if you need a refresher, there's additional information under the cut tag.

To sign up, leave a comment to this post using the form provided under the cut tag. It's one form per room, but you can sign up for multiple rooms in one comment. If there are multiple people who want the same suite, the almighty RNG will decide. I recommend that if you pick a specialty suite, you list two or three back-up options. If you've talked to me on AIM/sent me a direct message on Twitter/sent me an email, please go ahead and make your room requests here as well since I will use the comments on this post to make the final list. Once the RNG makes its choices, an OOC list of room assignments will go up with the regular Arms Hotel post so your visitors can handwave their check-in and spend more time mingling. The deadline to be included in the RNG is Thursday, April 28th at 10 AM PST. If you miss the deadline, go ahead and comment to this post to reserve an ordinary room.
