bigdamnprincipalGood morning/afternoon/whatever it happens to be in your time zone! Tomorrow morning, the island will be making one of its last shifts around the universe! Much to the dismay of our fair principal, Fandom will be landing in one of the lovely terraformed oceans of Londinium. This planet is the center of government for the Union of Allied Planets, and Fandom will be landing right by the capital, New Cardiff.
Londonium has a hefty population, due to being one of the first planets colonized after the exodus from Earth, so you certainly won't be alone as you stroll the streets of New Cardiff. You can certainly try to visit the Alliance Parliament building, but the security is very strong and outsiders are... not entirely trusted. You'll be much better off going somewhere like the Londinium Museum, which houses exhibits of history and art containing artifacts from Earth-That-Was, or stopping in at the many, many high-end stores and restaurants that line New Cardiff's streets. The Alliance, after all, represents the best civilization has to offer!
