Summer 2018 First Session Workshop Rosters

Not roosters, fingers.

Behold, it is the shiny Excel spreadsheet of what workshops your fake students have signed up for. It's here, so take those class days and stick 'em in Ye Olde GCal or whatever so you don't forget when they are.

Not that I've ever done that. Cough. Repeatedly. As a reminder, we all have real jobs in places that might not be happy that we are pretending to be fake people instead of doing real work for real money, so just try to sign into classes by the week they're posted so that our lovely teachers don't feel like they are posting into the void. And slowplay is love. Really. Reaaaaaally. Keep pinging away for a month.

"But what, Fry, is the 'admin funtiems' you have so beguilingly misspelled on Wednesdays?" That's the next post! For now, just check this one and make sure I didn't leave your kid off of a class, misspell them terribly, or both!

Summer Camp Wednesdays

Every Wednesday throughout this summer, we will be putting up a post in the comms of something that is a spin on a traditional summer camp activity! IG, Anakin Skywalker is in charge of this, as Dean of Students. Trust me, he's super excited.

Some activities will involve students, some students and teachers, and some will include the entire community for maximum interaction possibilities. All will be super slowplay friendly--if there is a conclusion that needs to happen, we'll make sure to mention how it goes so that the game can continue while we thread to our little hearts' content. We mods have a bunch of ideas already for activities (scavenger hunt, paint ball, something terrifying using popsicle sticks), but we're always up for more ideas--there will be a spot for that in the OCD below the post.

Our first activity will be a students v. teachers two-people rowing race to the Isle of Ikea. We'll RNG the teams to mix things up for interactions, so if your character would like to be included, put them into that slot.

This should be a lot of fun! We're looking forward to it!
