Long story short: I thought I'd have time to play two characters. Turns out, not so much. And since my other character is fairly active while I've done really nothing at all with Jool, I'm offering her up for adoption. I've screened comments so please, if you want to play her, just comment me with your email address and I'll give you her password and you can have at it.

The following are going to be removed from fandomhigh and affiliated communities today for non-participation in classes/disappearance/quitting. If there is anyone on the list you feel should not be there, who has been in classes and I have somehow missed or overlooked their participation, please let me know. I realize that I may have overlooked the fact that you are here and posting and please don’t be insulted if you’re on the list and have been contributing. Please just inform me of my error and all will be well.

Otherwise, at about 1200 CST September 20, they’re all getting the axe to make room for new characters.

IF YOU WERE UNABLE TO GET INTERNET ACCESS AND ENDED UP HAVING YOUR ACCESS DELETED, PLEASE CONTACT PRINCIPAL CONNOR TO BE RE-ADDED. This is not a punishment to you if you had an emergency or computer issues, it is an attempt to remove the people who quit without notice.

Alternately, if there are people that you know have quit, please inform me so that I can remove them.

Also, I have seen a number of OOC posts concerning some of these characters since I originally posted this, but no comments here. I can't track all of these individually through the scruff, so please post here if you have news regarding any of these characters. Thank you

Guys... the weapons ban and the rest of it are a direct result of in-character-actions leading to in-character-consequences.

Please try to separate the game admin players from the school admin characters.

The decisions about weapons and the like were made by Principal Connor and Spider Jerusalem in order to protect their students. The game admin couldn't care less about whether or not you shoot each other up until it comes down to player compaints about same. Which it did, admittedly, but that's not the point.

OOC carrying on will not get the ban lifted. Period. Full stop. It's not the game admin you need to convince... but the school admin. IE, the characters who made the ban.

IC work on your fellow students and IC suggestions of a practical nature as well as guarantees of accountability directed to jerusalem_s and principalconnor are what will be required.

Edit: Please note. Evil is good. Evil is fine... but take a look at the staff roster for a minute. If you really want to be evil and get away with it, shooting for subtle will get you a lot further. Otherwise, you're gonna get a lot of detentions and ass-kicking. I mean, c'mon. Do you REALLY want Gandalf showing up at your door with a sorrowful expression and rover in tow?

Further Edit (because I'm still not feeling well and keeping realizing I left things off): Good example here. Draco = Evil. Angelus = Evil. Draco isn't even raising eyebrows 'cause he's subtle. Angelus, being IC a bit of raging bull in a china shop, is attracting a lot of attention. All is IC. All is good.

fandomhigh has been whittled down to 188 members. That's right. 188. You heard me right.

Beneath the cut is the list of current members. If you are supposed to be on this list and were accidentally cut, PLEASE let me know, along with an assurance that you were in classes and I'm a blind old fogey, or that you weren't but some accident/emergency kept you off-line. In either case, you'll be re-instated. Again, this isn't any kind of attempt at punishment, just an effort to clear the boards to see what we currently have to work with and to make sure the missing teachers are removed so that we can get in new staff and their students will not be penalized for their teacher's absence.

Please ALSO tell me if you have characters up for adoption, as they should be removed from this list until adopted. No, they will not have to reapply, but we're trying to keep only active characters on this list.

So, you want to get rid of the eighty gazillion people who've dropped in one fell swoop? I have the answer. Go to the console and copy/paste this list. This was created using this list and my own friends list for those who have been deleted. If there is someone on there that shouldn't be, or I missed anyone, please let me know, and I'll edit.

With stuff from both of Spider's lists, and I have a list of people that are NEITHER the drop list nor the 'current member' list. Some of these are probably townies I missed. A few are characters being dropped by their players.

But it would be nice to know if they're on the correct list. ie, are you still posting with them, or are they dead accounts now to be forever lost in the mists of time?

Again, I want to thank everyone who has made fandom_clinic fun and worthwhile. House does not enjoy working clinic, but I enjoy throwing him in there, and reading the threads.

Clinic assistants who have shown up, you guys are teh greatest.

Those of you not on the list who havne't actually shown up, please make an effort, yeah? I know RL is stressful for a lot of us, and many people are sick right now, and you have other characters in game and other games, but...you kind of made a commitment when you sent in the application.

I love this game.

I've finally had to totally disable Spider's lj comment responses sent by e-mail. I'm having to try to track everything by hand thanks to the volume anyway, so it shouldn't change much....

I haven't seen a "friend add" list for the console recently, and I know I was missing a lot of people people before Spider's recent post. So I'm taking the work done by jerusalem_s and marieann_d and forcing them to procreate. This new baby post has console genes from Rogue's post and current active member list genes from Spider's.

And if there was indeed a list with all of these people on it and I just didn't catch it, feel free to yell at me. But please keep the name calling to a minimum. Because that would hurt. I'd feel all blue.
