... is now closed. I'm going to start working on pairing people, so participants can expect an email with details within the next few hours.

EDIT #1, 1:30 pm: Adult/Townie Assignments have now been mailed.

EDIT #2, 3:00 pm: Student Assignments mailed!

*falls off chair, thinking, "But it was only 49 emails!"* Pairings were done with best attempt to prevent
(1) chars of same mun being paired.
(2) mult chars of one mun being paired with mult chars of another mun.
(3) pairing of chars from same fandom.
(4) chars who are close friends, dating, or roommates in-game (too easy!).

After that, pairings were mostly random, with some minor attempt to make them unusual - vastly different interests or personalities, for example, like (to use an extreme example that won't give anything in game away) Paris Hilton and Stephen Hawking. Some of the pairings rather wrote themselves ;-)


FINAL EDIT: If any player hasn't received their assignment within the next hour or so, harrass me ASAP and I'll fix it as soon as I can.

Hey. Marty asked me to fill in for him hosting these things. He has, like, other stuff to do. Which is fine and all, but ... I have no idea how to do these. We don't have any musical performances this time.

Can someone please repost or point me to the big list of characters that share a mun? know Anakin posted one for Kiki a while back, but stupid me forgot to flag it and now I can't find it.

And I'm exactly the kind of dork who would do something like this:

I know Han and Deb share a mun. If Deb were the person Shep were the secret santa for (which can't be, since Deb's a townie, hence the use of her as an example) I'd be exactly the kind of dork who would go, "Hey Han, can you deliver this to Deb for me because I'm her secret santa." Which would of course, totally spoil the game for Deb's mun.

A very astute player just pointed out to me that if Kiki's going to be delivering gifts for Secret Santas, then those comments had better be screened. Therefore, if you are contacting Kiki to have her deliver to your elf for you please comment in this post! This way, I'm less likely to accidently blow your cover or announce your name when dropping something off.
