Calling all TAs!

fandomassistant has been around for a while, but nothing's really been done with it. In an effort to make it useful, it's been suggested that TAs (and Library Assistants and Clinic Helpers) have their own fandom_lounge, but separate so we can talk shit about them behind their backs.

It'll be a room, like fandom_lounge, but smaller and less swank, where you can go to do TA work or just escape the insanity of your freakish, sadistic boss. Only TAs are allowed, though we don't have a Biff to ward away invaders, so who knows what could happen?

Note: The current maintainers include allie_cameron, courier_gavin, future_visions, janet_fraiser, krycek_rat, threeweapons. Please drop a comment on this post to let me know what your status will be this next term (ie, if you will be a TA or not), so we can keep up the appropriate mods for this comm.

Speaking of which, I've removed all the members from the community. You can go here to request membership.

If you are NEW to the friending list, GO HERE and follow the instructions.

If you have already used the friending list, then here are short updates to remove dead/inactive ljs from your friend list and add new people easily.

Copy each list into the Admin Console, then press the "Execute" button.

Please note that there are characters moving from one filter to another in this update and to make sure this is done correctly, please use the defriending list before the friend list.

If there is a name on either list that should not be there, please let me know. Ditto for any name that should be on there, but isn't. Name additions and removals will be done on the next update.

Out of curiosity, has the list of courses being offered next semester been cemented yet? Any chance of a sort of course catalog post coming out that just lists what the classes are for now, with class registration posts coming when school actually begins?

Could someone point me in the direct of the form we have to fill out for our characters? It was posted when I was overthreaded and I have no clue where it is, I just looked in the ooc comm and didn't see it *is probably just blind!*
