Pip raised a good question about the wires and the school weapons rule. They are most assuredly a weapon, but they are also a pretty integral part of Walter's character. So far, he has used them around the school and once in town, always for minor bits of teenage showoffery (and cheating against himself at bowling.) He will never use them against another student, and even in the instance of something like the Angel/us incident I heard about, he won't use them to cause lasting damage.

Sooo... question one is does he have to turn them in? He likely won't do it voluntarily, which will mean some IC consequences for being a disobedient pain in the ass.

Question two is about practice. He needs someplace like the Danger Room to really be able to let go, otherwise, he's going to be cutting something up that probably shouldn't get cut up. How's the best way to handle that?

If you're not sure what the wires do, you can click here for a somewhat bloody animated gif that demonstrates a small sample of what they can do. Canonically, he can reduce a squad of soldiers into flying bits in a matter of moments. His level of control is high enough to do something like this though. (Wondering what's happening there? He's using the wires to open the guy's jacket and pluck out his pack of cigarettes.)

Will there be some sort of Activities Fair or Bulletin in the upcoming week or so to let students know what clubs and organizations there are for them to join? Useful not only for new students, but also for the old to see which clubs still exist - some of them went defunct last semester from inactivity.

If we all in Fandom got into a huge knock down, to the death, winner take all showdown?

Who would win?

Well, now through the magic of the internet:

We know who would win.

And the answer may suprise you.

Warning: Cartoon blood. And silly songs. So if you are at work, ya might want to wait until you can hear it. Because it needs to be heard.

(If this is an inapporpriate place to post this, please delete it. I just thought that everyone here would find this high-larious.)

I understand everything in public is fair game in so far as it is seen to happen. But how do we denote that a conversation isn't heard.

For example, I need to do a scene on the beach. It's fine if it's reported she was there. It's fine if they say she was seen doing this or that. But if I were to say "The breaking of the waves was loud enough you couldn't hear what she was saying unless you were standing right next to her," keep the conversation itself from being reported?

Thanks in advance!
