Where is the Firing Range supposed to be on campus? Only Pip's supposed to meet someone there today and I just realized I has no idea where it is.

For those of you lovely people in my Arthurian Traditions class, here, as promised, is a poetry translation of Sir Gawain and the Green Knight, which is the best I can do without text recognition software or a lot more time on my hands.

Hey, just letting you guys know that Orlin is know in town. If you want to find him, he is probably working in Mauvaise Chance doing repairs, or wandering through town looking for oold appliances. If any other characters from Stargate would like to contact me, please do so, Orlin would love to meet some old friends.

Thanks to [livejournal.com profile] pyramid_is_life for pointing this out. Looks like ever since LJ did their big overhaul last week or so, some people have been having issues accessing their accounts even while logged in. This isn't guaranteed to solve the issue for everyone, but according to LJ Support . . .

Some users report being unable to access their journal or friends page while logged in. This may appear as either a "cannot find server" error or "maximum redirect error" depending on what browser you are using. In most cases this is caused by problems with your local system clock. Please check that your computer's date, time, and timezone are correct. LiveJournal's developers are also working on resolving the root cause.

Hopefully this works for at least some of y'all.

I'm erractic with posts because I am now busy during the day, plus I'm having problems with my rig and will be getting a new one near the end of the week.

Just so you all know.

I'd like everyone to welcome our newest townie Orlin ([livejournal.com profile] ascended_being) from Stargate SG-1.

While I have your attention, I'd like to ask for your cooperation on something to make the townie community more active. As you know, we've had a mass post every Sunday. As this was a nice activity, it was however a limited event as not all characters are likely to go to church. That's why I'm proposing a weekly Sunday brunch to be held in town. For this to work best, it would probably be a good idea to have the food businesses in town organise this event each week in turn (You can do with it what you want, serve whatever food you like, organise themes, etc. You can go wild here). So if you have a diner or a restaurant and you're willing to organise this Sunday brunch every few weeks, please drop a comment or shoot me an email at usurpertex @ fandomhigh.net.
