Parents Weekend Accomodations
Wednesday, September 28th, 2011 02:36 pmWith Parents Weekend coming up, it's time to think about where your visitors will stay. The process for reserving a room at the Arms Hotel is the same from previous events. But if you need a refresher course, it's all explained under the cut.
( How Does This Work? )
Comment to this post using the form provided under the cut tag. It's one form per room, but you can sign up for multiple rooms in one comment. If there are multiple people who want the same suite, the almighty RNG will decide. I recommend that if you pick a specialty suite, you list two or three back-up options in case the RNG does not rule in your favor. Once the RNG makes its choices, an OOC list of room assignments will go up with the regular Arms Hotel post so your Parents Weekend guests can handwave their check-in and spend more time mingling or getting their brains broken. The deadline to be included in the RNG is Friday, September 30 at 10 AM PST. If you miss the deadline, go ahead and comment to this post to reserve an ordinary room.
( Handy dandy form )
Comments on this post will be screened (I hope) to prevent any spoilers, but I'll unscreen any questions.
